Very good response from customer service representatives, after an order and receipt of a bottle with a wrong back label: request for clarification, return slip and full refund including postage.

Living in North America, I've been entrusting La Bouteille Dorée with my end-of-year gifts for family and friends in France for several years now, with complete confidence, because the experience is always perfect (wines, customer service, delivery times). I recommend them with my eyes closed.

The site is very good (works better on PC than on mobile). Depending on the quality of the wine we ordered, we are likely to order more.
