Order arrived with the basket broken and a package opened and crushed I will have to find a solution quickly because at the base it was a complete order to make a basket for Christmas but without basket it is complicated.

Our carrier normally has to sign for each parcel. This is unacceptable and we are making a note of it so that we can pass on the information to La Poste. 3. The parcels apparently arrived in good condition. I didn't see them as they were a gift. However, it's a shame that the truffles (out of stock) were replaced by a lollipop. Not great for grandparents.
