Very happy with my purchase. The parcel arrived very quickly and was extremely well protected. I only had one broken spoon, which didn't pose a problem for consumption.

Delivery too expensive! There's not even a tier for free delivery. What's worse, the heavier it is, the higher the delivery price. Do something about it, because it really doesn't make you want to order!

Response from Le Comptoir de Mathilde
Hello Mrs Baessa, Thank you for your comment, we understand your point.
There is a certain threshold for which delivery is free. We offer free delivery on purchases of €60 or more. We also offer gourmet treats for purchases over €90 and €150. Our delivery system complies with that for which we are eligible through our partner La Poste. As our products are voluminous and heavy, we apply a rate according to their weight, as this is a legal and standard estimate for the type of products we sell.
We hope we've answered your question and wish you a very pleasant day!

I ordered a product intended as a gift. I asked for a gift pack (or to enclose gift wrap with my order) but was refused, being told that this was not their custom. I don't find this very correct and even less commercial. What's more, the delivery was not very fast, even though I live 30 km away!...

Response from Le Comptoir de Mathilde
Hello Mrs Trilhe, We offer to send you gift bags with your orders, so that you can wrap the products you wish to give as presents. When you contacted us, we informed you that the products could not be wrapped in gift paper, as they are all sent with protective paper. That's why our customer service team suggested that you enclose a gift package inside your parcel. All such requests are accepted. We're very sorry that we forgot to send the gift wrap with your order, and we'll do everything we can to make your next order on our site as pleasant as possible for you.
A very happy day to you, The Comptoir de Mathilde team

Very good products, well packaged and protected, the whole family loved the spread (young and old), the lemon oil is a real treat, I love it; the products are a little expensive but of good quality, this is a very good address.

A friend gave me a taste of your products and within the hour we had both ordered... Products from another world ... And we talked about you again this weekend and we had everyone taste your spreads and love them.
