My parcel arrived open and some products are missing. I have made a claim and I am still waiting for your reply.
Parcel lost by UPS
I have no criticism to make of the products, but for my part, the logistics service was a disaster. I chose a collection point that I pass 4 times a day and they send it the opposite way. Despite my warnings on Friday, well before shipment on Monday, absolutely no one corrected the error or replied to my messages. Customer service available 7 days a week, what a joke. Having used Amazon Pay, I filed a complaint with Amazon. I received a response within the hour. It's amazing how the risk of a penalty made them react. They offered to move the parcel to the right collection point. I agreed. The parcel never left the wrong place to be transferred. Without informing me, they redelivered the parcel directly to my home, where I'm not at home during the day, so it was dropped off at a collection point I never go to, but it doesn't really matter, it's close to where I live. I opened the parcel and asked for five standard poutine sauces and five with maple syrup. Bingo, I got 10 x standard. Faced with such incompetence, I didn't even bother to make a complaint.
Unfortunately not everything has arrived
Order never received. The carrier dpd never delivered my order (it's not the first time I've had a delivery problem with this carrier with maple treasure) My complaint with maple treasure has still not been answered. it's regrettable.
I never received my items and there was no update on the shipping so essentially I just donated $90 to your company. When you go on to your website and click the option for never receiving your items it just gives you a page of advice on how to sign into ups. If I were able to give you zero Stars I would.
Barometer arrived broken and refused at reception
The parcel was not delivered to my home and I have contacted customer service 3 times, but I have not heard from them, so I have not heard from you and I have not paid for my order to be delivered to my home, even though I was home that day and I received an order from someone else.
We have not received our entire order... Disappointed...
It’s a scam. They took money, never sent the product and do not respond to emails
21€ of maple syrup. 6€40 parcel. All this to receive a parcel stuck to the floor of the relay point because the syrup had leaked. I immediately contacted customer service. Unfortunately, 15 days and 2 reminders later: still no answer... 27€ down the drain. I'd recommend passing on
Wrong order and no answer to solve the problem
Very disappointed with Kraft Peanut Butter 1 kg. The minimum durability dates have passed (26/02/2024 and 09/03/2024).
The Maple Caramels I ordered were delivered to an address 30 km away from where I live. The invoice shows the correct address in Cologne. The owner of the kiosk didn't want to give me any information about the package on the phone. He told me to contact UPS. Only when I showed him the proof of delivery in person did he look for the order. When I got back home, I noticed that the best-before date had passed by 2 months on all 5 packages. Well, they are Marple Caramels, they are certainly still good. But something like this should not happen. Never again.
I did not receive this package. UPS lost the package
A wrong item has been delivered and I did not received any answer to my request by phone and email to make an exchange.

I am not satisfied with the order as the blueberries are not pure but contain sugar and oil. I want to return the goods. I have also sent an e-mail to the company asking for the return slip. I have not yet received a reply.
Did not arrive
The product I received was old and expired just a few days after I received it. I have contacted the company several times but they don’t respond.
Parcel received quickly in good condition and the syrup is perfect.
There is no tracking of the shipment and on Messenger no one responds. They have been waiting for more than 15 days.
Missing half the order
Honestly disappointed with the customer service because I received an expired product. I contacted them the same day I received my order, the person on the phone said she would refund me, but to this day I haven't received anything. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend them again, even though I'm used to ordering from them several times a year.
One bottle was missing, never received an awnser from the store!
Complicated delivery with UPS, we were unable to collect our order. We would have to change delivery or relay point. They didn't understand our request. In short, we don't have our parcel.

Hello, my parcel was missing a 5-pack of maple cookies..... which I reported to Céline by phone and e-mail. If "Les Trésors d'Erable" controlled their stock and delivery, they would have noticed that I was telling the truth. Next grey, if there is one, I'll open the parcel before the deliveryman disappears. What a shame!
Good contact with customer service but UPS delivery service to forget. Impossible to get my package and UPS does not respond.... Order placed on 09/12 and 15 days later still nothing. To be continued. Don't work with UPS anymore and you'll get more customers.
My items came damaged. They were not properly packed. I was also charged an additional $75 shipping fee on items that were for free shipping .
I paid more than 8 € in UPS fees to be delivered at home and while we were present the package was in relay which would not have cost me anything. Thanks for the commercial effort
Honestly, it's been 2 times that I've placed an order and 2 times that I've had a problem with my order. Either the packaging is completely damaged or my product is received with the tape open (which is what happened with this recent order), and finally the fault of the opened package was put back on the deliveryman whereas the parcel was delivered nickel (better than the products inside) I find that not terrible level SAV. When you buy as a gift, you're not obliged to receive products in a box that's already been opened. A refund was planned on 01/12 but I still haven't received it as of 19/12. E-mail sent but no response and a refund that apparently takes 2 to 8 days to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise the delivery is well respected.
The product was reimbursed and offered to you, you mustn't abuse it, a thank you would be the least you could do ... what do you want? 100€ maybe?
