One bottle was missing, never received an awnser from the store!
Complicated delivery with UPS, we were unable to collect our order. We would have to change delivery or relay point. They didn't understand our request. In short, we don't have our parcel.

Hello, my parcel was missing a 5-pack of maple cookies..... which I reported to Céline by phone and e-mail. If "Les Trésors d'Erable" controlled their stock and delivery, they would have noticed that I was telling the truth. Next grey, if there is one, I'll open the parcel before the deliveryman disappears. What a shame!
Good contact with customer service but UPS delivery service to forget. Impossible to get my package and UPS does not respond.... Order placed on 09/12 and 15 days later still nothing. To be continued. Don't work with UPS anymore and you'll get more customers.
My items came damaged. They were not properly packed. I was also charged an additional $75 shipping fee on items that were for free shipping .
I paid more than 8 € in UPS fees to be delivered at home and while we were present the package was in relay which would not have cost me anything. Thanks for the commercial effort
Honestly, it's been 2 times that I've placed an order and 2 times that I've had a problem with my order. Either the packaging is completely damaged or my product is received with the tape open (which is what happened with this recent order), and finally the fault of the opened package was put back on the deliveryman whereas the parcel was delivered nickel (better than the products inside) I find that not terrible level SAV. When you buy as a gift, you're not obliged to receive products in a box that's already been opened. A refund was planned on 01/12 but I still haven't received it as of 19/12. E-mail sent but no response and a refund that apparently takes 2 to 8 days to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise the delivery is well respected.
The product was reimbursed and offered to you, you mustn't abuse it, a thank you would be the least you could do ... what do you want? 100€ maybe?

Delivery to a different relay than the one chosen and above all the wrong quantity received and no response after contacting the site. Delivery of 4 boxes of cookies instead of 4 x 5 boxes...
I received my order, but I was supposed to receive a gift box for orders over 50€. I did not receive the gift box, even though my order was for 60.89€. I am very disappointed by this misleading advertising.

The jars of maple butter leaked. They must have suffered quite a few knocks during transport. Some of the lids showed signs of impact. Fortunately, the glass didn't break.
Not satisfied with this site, the package "shipped" according to them never arrived at its destination. Customer service is unresponsive. I do not recommend ordering from this site.
The requested home delivery was made to a relay point even though I had paid a supplement for home delivery
A total of 4 products worth approx. 30 euros are missing from my order. There has been no response to my complaint about this using the contact form to date. However, the full amount was debited from my account. I will never order there again. It's really cheeky when 4 products are forgotten to be sent.

The delivery did not conform to the order and what was displayed on the site: I was delivered Mario cakes instead of Leclerc Celebration cakes! I've sent two messages about this with no response from Trésors d'Erable. If I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'm going to lodge a complaint with UFC Que Choisir for deception.
UPS just contacted me saying that they can't deliver the package because it contains alcohol. I would like the refund.

Les Trésors d'Érable is not to blame; it's the GLS carrier that seriously damaged the manhole of my lift pump, which is in my garden. I've already reported this, but so far there's been no response.
After ordering UPS contacts me (message on answering machine) to inform me that the place of delivery is no longer in their allocation. So I have to contact UPS with a premium rate number, which I refuse. I contact the website where I ordered and they were very reactive. They informed me that the carrier GLS would deliver my order. 5 days later no news! No delivery! I'm going to relaunch the website. But for the moment I have paid and no delivery of the products. I'll change my mind if I'm delivered very quickly.
I rate Les Trésors d'Érable very to very poorly. Ordered two different dreamcatchers, one brown and one black, I am sent two black ones. About this I have sent 2 messages and I am still waiting for a response and solution. Sad, very sad for a store that sells stuff from "real Indians and then acts this way. Real Indians are loyal, but this company certainly is not. I recommend that you order NOTHING here!
