I've bought 4 natural barometers but none of them work.

The delivery did not conform to the order and what was displayed on the site: I was delivered Mario cakes instead of Leclerc Celebration cakes! I've sent two messages about this with no response from Trésors d'Erable. If I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'm going to lodge a complaint with UFC Que Choisir for deception.

UPS just contacted me saying that they can't deliver the package because it contains alcohol. I would like the refund.

I never received the order. Also no notification from the parcel service

I have tried to contact you via email and from your website to let you know that the order was missing a 5-pack of cookies and so far I have not received any feedback. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

After-sales service contacted by e-mail for a problem with the expiry date of one of the products ordered: after 1 week, still no return...

Les Trésors d'Érable is not to blame; it's the GLS carrier that seriously damaged the manhole of my lift pump, which is in my garden. I've already reported this, but so far there's been no response.

After ordering UPS contacts me (message on answering machine) to inform me that the place of delivery is no longer in their allocation. So I have to contact UPS with a premium rate number, which I refuse. I contact the website where I ordered and they were very reactive. They informed me that the carrier GLS would deliver my order. 5 days later no news! No delivery! I'm going to relaunch the website. But for the moment I have paid and no delivery of the products. I'll change my mind if I'm delivered very quickly.

I rate Les Trésors d'Érable very to very poorly. Ordered two different dreamcatchers, one brown and one black, I am sent two black ones. About this I have sent 2 messages and I am still waiting for a response and solution. Sad, very sad for a store that sells stuff from "real Indians and then acts this way. Real Indians are loyal, but this company certainly is not. I recommend that you order NOTHING here!

I still haven't received my parcel

The delivery went very badly, instead of the collection point nearby, I went to pick up my package 15 km from home! Thank you GLS . As long as you have this delivery man, I'll never order from you again! And I'll tell everyone about it...

They sent the parcel but never received notice of the stock , the parcel returned to them and after several requests the parcel was not sent back to me or even refunded the money

Very disappointed in their sense of customer service. A package received quickly but incomplete. 1 error may have happened, but no response to my 2 emails sent: it's not even worth 1 star.

I want to put 5 stars but can't. Excellent syrup and easy ordering and fast delivery

I had to chase the package to several points that were actually not the delivery person's relay points. This is nonsense. Result a lot of time wasted for nothing.

A box of cookies completely broken, box also damaged, in a nickel package. I have 3 other boxes ordered with ok box. As it's for gifts, I didn't check. I hope no bad surprises. I will refrain from rating

I have been a customer of Maple Treasures for several years, the maple syrup is always of very good quality and exceptional but the maple leaf cookies have dropped dramatically in quality and when we opened the boxes we noticed the manufacturing date June 2019, we are in 2023!

Excellent product. 2 delivery problems on the same order. No response from customer service. Too bad....

Disappointed with the whisky sortilège box. It's obviously not the seller's fault, but you could warn that the box is not presentable, you know that since you pack the glasses separately from the box.

I had ordered 3 boxes of maple cookies however there is only one box in my package!!! I guess the order picker forgot the other 2... too bad for me

The product is delicious but unfortunately 3 jars out of 5 are exploded, I'm still waiting to return these 3 jars and be refunded.

Delivery fast. However, one product was missing and of the cookies were 2 of 5 packages damaged us open. Have directly written an email to date no response can not recommend the store

The boxes arrived dented, I reported it, they called me and said they were going to send them back and I didn't receive anything, I am very disappointed.

Product arrived broken. Reported 2 times without response.

I am very dissatisfied. I did not receive my order of October 15. The package was supposedly delivered to the relay point and then returned to the sender! I asked for a refund which is still not done. Today is November 10!!!!

Hello, My order arrived several days after the date I was supposed to, knowing that it was for a gift. This one has not been delivered. However I had taken an option especially for that. I am therefore particularly disappointed by the delivery time not respected despite higher costs.
