Delivery not respected 17 day wait when it was 3 to 8 business days ... disappointed my wife did not receive her birthday gift on time.

Good article but waiting time too long
Order placed on 17/02, delivered on 31/03. Very little communication, if we do not raise, we do not receive information. The authentication of the first pair began on March 3, then there was a problem on this one. A second one arrived and here we are again for a new and long authentication... in short very disappointed of this experience which I think will be the last one.

I placed an order for a second item already 1 month ago and I still haven't received anything and no answer from the customer service.
I placed 2 orders, one delivered, perfect ... the second no news, no possibility to call back the site, no response to emails, no visibility. Disappointed!
