I placed my order on Nov 28 at 12pm. I tried to modify it without success and then asked to cancel it on the 29th at 11am before it was shipped. No answer. Nothing to say about the delivery time and the battery which seems to be working properly for the moment. On the other hand, regarding the kit, the plastic tools all broke even though I didn't force them. Maybe bad luck! They send me back a kit for free.
