Unfortunately, not finding this delicious cheese in supermarkets around Toulouse and not wanting to switch to the competing cheese of the same shape that is found everywhere but is too salty, we turned to online ordering. The cheese is indeed more expensive to buy than in supermarkets but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the packaging, the very fast shipping, and cheeses that can be consumed with a shelf life of two months that we never had in supermarkets. From now on, we will order directly from the producer.
