The product arrived late, there were 2 failed deliveries at home when there were people at home both times, then on the third attempt the iron arrived with a huge hole, I mentioned it to customer service who reacted quickly, but the same model was no longer available, I chose another very similar one, which had a difference of 16 euros, which I had to pay, I told customer service not to charge the difference, which is very small and would be an elegant gesture after a very bad shopping experience! The advice was not accepted, personally the 16 euros mean absolutely nothing to me, but it would have changed the shopping experience!
Regarding the complaint, it was handled on the same day of the complaint and the problem was resolved very quickly by both parties, we hope everything has been resolved.
Regarding the price difference of 15€ for the model change, we could not absorb it since being such an economical bodyboard means that those 15€ are almost our profit margin.

Happy until the moment of delivery. I paid for delivery in 24 hours and it was "delayed". I even had to go pick up the package at the GLS destination center.
It seems that the delivery was made from 24h to 48h due to a small delay on the route. We will check with the agency to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Good prices but return services with expensive shipping including shipping costs for equipment

You could have just put in a simple sticker, it would have been a nice touch.
The attention was a 10 and the shipping and the product were great. But the size didn't fit us and returns are a bit of a hassle.
With the store everything is fine, the problem is the shipping, as customs retains you get into an odyssey of paperwork and payments that are not worth the end or profitable, without wishing to harm the seller, in my opinion I recommend not to buy anything over 150 euros from the Canary Islands.
We understand that it is somewhat tedious but this does not depend neither on the carrier nor on us.

The wetsuit I ordered was broken, so I checked with an agent on the site to see if there was a possibility of exchanging it. He said the warranty request would be resolved within a week. I have not received a satisfactory response to, for me, a defect in the material of the leash purchased, which broke after four days of use.
Nous sommes désolés que la marque ne couvre pas votre laisse sous garantie. Les ruptures du câble ne sont jamais couvertes, car il ne s'agit pas d'un défaut de fabrication. Les ruptures à cet endroit sont dues à l'utilisation ou à une petite coupure du câble qui finit par se rompre lorsque la laisse est tendue.

Assuming that the online store is focused on surfing and assuming that the people who work for the company are professionals in their work because they practice or at least know the sport I do not understand how they can send a high-end wetsuit folded in rectangular folds and stuffed in a cardboard box just over a span wide / long. The wetsuit has been permanently marked without having been used and the neoprene will end up suffering in those areas.
Nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée, nous en avons tenu compte et les shorties sont également envoyées dans notre boîte spéciale pour combinaisons, qui est beaucoup plus grande que celle que vous avez reçue. Ne vous inquiétez pas des plis dans le néoprène, ce n'est que lors du stockage, où ils sont pliés en 2 ou 3. Ces plis disparaissent lorsque la combinaison est suspendue et n'affectent pas sa durée de vie.
