My order shipment needed several days, after it was shipped I was not provided a tracking number. Tried to call support and stayed in the waiting queue for over 10 minutes without anyone picking up or later returning the call. Finally got the tracking number via chat. Parcel stayed stuck midway for over a week, I am still waiting for any information from mundo-surf on when this will be delivered.
I received another color of the order.
Buying transaction worked. however, the page is badly designed; besides the lack of a proper english version; like for example: I write this review while all text is in spanish and not even a button for an english version. Also, after I did the payment, the next page I arrived had some random text but no order confirmation, no order number, etc... which is pretty distressing as an online buyer
Since I placed the order on July 7th, it has not arrived yet.
Very competitive prices, fast shipping, unfortunately the worst customer service I have ever seen online. Board arrived damaged, I reported the problem immediately but (useless) solution came after slow, exhausting and unprofessional chats. I finally asked for a refund. Beware that if you do not pay with paypal the shipping is at your expense. Tip: if there are problems the fastest solution is to change the product instead of sending replacement parts on new products.
Would of been good it one of the two boards didn't have the nose broken in transit. Filled out the damaged goods form but never heard back.
I bought 6 m. of s-glass fiber (almost 60) and you have sent it folded in 4, so the corners have already been marked on the fiber. In addition, when I opened it to roll it on a tube (which is how other stores send it) I found small traces of something that looks like rolling tobacco in several areas along the 6 m cloth. The truth is that I have been disappointed.
I only give you 2 stars for two reasons. First: you waited until the last moment to ask me for the nie when there was a whole week to do it and as you caught me working I could not answer in time and the delivery was delayed for a whole week. Second: You have put the microspheres that comes in a very thin plastic can together with the resin canisters and fiber. With the blows of the transport the pot of microspheres has broken and has been emptied inside the cardboard. without counting that I have lost some years of Life when opening the cardboard by the cloud of microspheres that came out but the 4 meters of fiber are completely full of microspheres and of course it is everywhere except inside the pot that is broken. It would have been enough to use the same bubble wrap with which you have wrapped the catalytic converter. I am sorry but between the two things it did not look professional to me. I will continue to order from you but only out of necessity because there are very few stores that sell building material and that ship in the Canary Islands.

All very good except the product does not meet the description.
Everything perfect, except for the shipping that took ONE MONTH instead of 7/10 days as the website said.
They have missed the delivery date by advertising in stock something they did not have.
Delivery is perfect but when you order a white item, your site shows a black item, but I received the white one as I wanted. The size chart is not very good. Size S corresponds to my measurements but when I wear it, it is too small and corresponds more to an XS. The size above would be better (however I wear S in France).
I have tried to contact an assistant and have never received a response.
I could not take advantage of the shipping costs to buy two other products because they were not in stock.
Of the shape kit I ordered, there was neither the fiber nor the boxes I wanted and they had to change them for others because of the stock, the rest was correct.

I made the order in the app of surfboard NSP 6'6 turquoise color, I made the order on Friday and the following Tuesday the status of my order did not change, then I decide to call Mundo-surf and they tell me that my board does not appear (after the elapsed time nobody contacts me) the solution that is given to me is to change size 6'4 and white and blue color with what I agree to accept the change, being the board that I paid something cheaper is not credited to me or have detail for the inconvenience caused. From here on I had no more problems and I received the board correctly.
Promise delivery in 48 hours and take it does a week. Had the part still needed on vacation and was then already home, unfortunately a waste of money.
Waht a pity, fins arrived broken, probabely not your fault

Fast shipment, but every time worse quality. The resin bottles come as if they were paint, without a cap with which to dose.
In the 5kg jars, we have a hybrid lid, both narrow mouth to go comfortably dosing the resin, as wide lid to take advantage of it until the last drop of resin. Greetings, Sebas
The delivery company MRW contacted me in the morning of 09/09 to deliver the package, but the box was so damaged that microfibers were coming out everywhere. MRW wrapped the package in a transparent film to hide the defect, but it was too visible. I did not accept it in this state and I am waiting to receive a new package in normal conditions. All previous purchases from Mundo Surf have been perfect and I recommend but do not recommend MRW. MRW never again!
Hello, I have received the package, but it does not correspond to my board. So, I've sent you back a parcel, with tracking, and hope to get my refund following your satisfied or reimbursed charter.
The order has arrived in perfect condition, and the board I ordered that was custom made came perfect. The only negative are the delivery times. I ordered in May and it arrived in early September.
They have charged me for a product that they did not have in stock, obviously I had to place a new order and they have not let me enjoy the discount coupon for being the first purchase, even spending more money than in the initial order.
Shipment was extremely long while supposed to be 5 to 10 working days, it took me double the time to receive my board eventually...
We are sorry for the delay on the delivery of your surfboard. European delivery for surfboard are usually 5-6 business day, but for Ireland it's a bit longer, as it's an island. We hope you are now enjoying your new surfboard!

They do not meet the delivery times stated on their website and do not report the status of the order unless you write to them (they took more than 12 weeks on an order that would be in 4-6 weeks). In addition, the finish has some little defect (with the time they have taken to make it and deliver it they should have checked it). I won't exchange it or ask them to fix it because I'm afraid they will take 3 months to bring it to me again....

Value recommended but could be a little lower
I placed an initial order, and later (a few minutes later) I wanted to place an additional order. Both orders totaled more than 100, which led me to start a conversation in the web chat with a person from mundo surf who assured me that that same afternoon they would cancel my order in order to start another order that would allow me to exceed the minimum amount for shipping costs. Nobody cancelled my order, the initial order that I wanted to cancel arrived at my address, and therefore I paid for shipping costs that I could have saved.
Encomendei e paguei na hora com cartão e por problemas vossos o pagamento só foi confirmado dias depois. Prazo de entrega não foi cumprido. Pode ser que para a próxima corra melhor.
I am waiting for the resolution of a problem with a shipment. Some of the product spilled and I was left with half an empty bottle.

The board is great but it has taken two and a half months to arrive.
One bottle came with a broken cap, but no other problems.
The customer support was great, but it was really disappointing when I received my package with the fins. The package was ripped, the fins were really dirty and it looked like I just bought something in second hand instead of a new pair of fins.
Very nice in the attention. But the web filter does not show well what is really there. Also there was not much in stock. And finally they took more days for delivery. Bad luck with this purchase
