Order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The gift wrapping was present. The bag is beautiful and in perfect condition. I'm taking off one star because the color isn't exactly the same as in the photos, but since I really like the bag, I kept it anyway.

Hello and thank you for your message. Regarding speed, the item ordered on March 8 was shipped on March 9, so it's hard to do faster! Concerning the condition of the parcel, we're sorry but it left our workshops intact, so the carrier is to blame. In this case, when you collect your parcel from the relay point, you must make a note of the condition of the product inside the parcel so that we can take out insurance if necessary. The item itself must not have been damaged, as no reservations were made on arrival. Yours faithfully

Efficient, fast, secure delivery, I had ordered the wrong size bag so I sent an email asking to cancel my order before sending it and this was done very quickly. I received the bag in the right size and was credited for the amount of the bag ordered by mistake...super efficient!
