Ordered a gold Virgin Darling bag.
I was a little worried because the price was attractive.
I placed my order and two days later I received the famous bag. I unpacked the parcel, the product corresponded well to my expectations' except that the inside of the bag was all stained even though it was supposed to be new... I strongly advise against placing an order on this site...

Hello and thank you for your opinion, the order was placed on May 18, 2022, so we're really surprised that you didn't let us know about the problem as soon as you received it 3 months ago, which would have enabled us to offer you a return of the item at our expense if it really had a defect. In addition, this model was unique and the photo of the inside of the bag on the site did not contain any stains other than those that made up the motif (leopard + yellow stains), the images of which we keep. We specify on our site that "At Virginie Darling, interior linings are customized to give your bag a unique character,..." If you really do have a problem with the item you have received, our after-sales service is at your disposal to resolve it. Returns are authorized up to 30 days after purchase on the noixdarec.com website, and you can contact us on 06 28 21 08 37 or by email on [email protected]. All items sold on the site are brand new, authentic and guaranteed by the brands. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Best regards.

Very good site and the bags offered are of high quality. Great communication and careful packaging ???? I have a small problem with my last order, for which I specified that the bags should not be wrapped and that I should enclose the gift wrapping paper so that I could see the bags before I wrapped them. Unfortunately, my message was not respected and I received all the bags already wrapped. As a result, I had to unpack everything by tearing the paper, which means that it can't be reused :(
