Very fast delivery. The items look like new, but when the packaging was opened, a knot was made in the shoulder strap of the 2 bags which distorted them. Too bad for the same bag bought directly on the Lancaster website at the same price, I had the Lancaster packaging to offer the bag.

Article and delivery impeccable However the article was delivered to me with a label mentioning its selling price which is not what I paid (difference of 20 to my disadvantage!).

Very good site offering quality, brand-name products. Customer service is correct, shipping a little long but given the circumstances! A small problem with the large, unprotected cardboard box for the item received. Otherwise good overall.

It would have deserved 5 stars, but I removed one of them, for the simple reason, of an anti-theft device hooked to the inside pocket, that's the problem to remove it.

No problems from ordering to delivery. I was a little disappointed with the color, which looked lighter in the photo than in reality, but no worries, this umbrella suits me and it's of good quality, so I'm satisfied. Thank you very much!

Excellent store, fast delivery by colissimo. I had to send back the item I ordered because I didn't like it anymore, full and fast refund. Really a very good company, I won't hesitate to order from them again.
