Customer reviews of Nos Meilleures Courses

Don't change a thing, it was perfect!

Items were as expected, delivery was on time and a thank-you note for the order was hand-written, making the service very personal. Proof that some companies in France still know how to spoil their customers!

FAST DELIVERY
WELL-PROTECTED PACKAGE
I RECOMMEND

Quality products not available in all local stores.
Impeccable packaging
Perfect delivery on time.

Impeccable service, I received the products 3 days after placing the order.

I picked up the parcel at the post office, no problem.

Small problem with colissimo: they left the parcel in the lobby of my building without even ringing the intercom. The parcel remained there for several hours until a neighbor alerted me.

Fast delivery, on time, in perfect condition. Completely satisfied with my order and this site.

problem-free transaction, neat parcel and fast delivery.

Fast, efficient, precise, well packaged. Would recommend

fast, reliable service

Excellent, fast service.

Always perfect!

Excellent service

This is my fifth order at least, and I'm always satisfied:
- choice and quality of products;
- speed of order processing;
- speed of delivery;
- a kind word and a little gift enclosed.

How could I not be completely satisfied?
Compliance and speed. Thank you very much!

Fast, accurate delivery, products in perfect condition

An item turned out to be missing on delivery. Instead of sending it to me as soon as it was available, or crediting my credit card for the difference, I was given a credit on my next order.
I see that it is possible to order unavailable items and that the attitude then adopted by the merchant is to his advantage, not that of the customer.

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Hello,

Thank you for your message, which encourages us to be ever more at your service.
For products that are out of stock for a long time, we prefer to issue a voucher rounded up to the nearest euro, in order to compensate you for the undelivered product.

However, if this system does not suit you, we can credit your card for the amount of the undelivered product, in which case, please let us know by writing to us at: [email protected]

Yours sincerely,

Julien

Very satisfied, it was a first order sent to another address than mine.
Very fast delivery, very correct packaging.
I called to get a confirmation on my order, pleasant reception and very well informed.
I intend to place other orders on your site.
Again thank you
Cordially
