Customer reviews of Nos Meilleures Courses

Package arrived on time, good products, site to recommend.

To my great regret I have not yet received the parcel, there is a serious problem with Kiala. It is therefore likely that I will not repeat the experience for perishable goods. I hope the milk chocolate arrives (if it arrives at all) in good condition.
There's nothing to change.

This is my third or fourth order and I'm always very satisfied, especially with the speed of shipping and delivery and of course the products available.

With all my thanks.

Super

Never a problem, the team always writes a nice little note ( well, always the same one , ok )
See you next month for a new order !
A+
***

Fast shipping. Packaged with great care.

Hello, I am very satisfied. No delays or problems with the condition of the packages.

The products are perfectly packaged and delivery is on time.

Package received promptly and my request was taken into account by e-mail.

Very good site, order received on time.

GOOD DELIVERY
DELIVERY CAN BE TOO EXPENSIVE

after the order took a little time to be validated (due to long vacations), everything was very quick. The products were well packaged and arrived quickly at the relay point. The products are very good. I'm also very pleased with the book that was chosen by the "innocent hand".
Thank you very much and see you soon for my next order!

very good

apart from an approximate partner (tnt delivery), the choice of products, customer targets, service and attentiveness, as well as after-sales service, are exceptional.

obviously, organic dog and cat food would be a plus in a pet store.

good quality products, fast delivery and well packaged

Before placing my order, I received information quickly by email, then the packaging and delivery time were perfect. Bonus gift: a bar of organic dark chocolate and free shipping with a code valid for the first order. Well done and thank you!

well-designed site, easy ordering, fast delivery

Excellent thanks. Happy with products, shipping, communication......

.

.

Fast, accurate delivery

Absolutely perfect. Very fast delivery and excellent after-sales service

fast order processing, even for large orders
it would be nice to be able to group nmc and ea orders together, so as to make a single shipment, paying shipping costs only once, or free shipping, for example, from 130 (average between 120 and 140).

very well

Excellent service, nothing to complain about

Extremely limited mobile site: impossible to display coffees and other products.

Perfect!

Package received quickly, nice note on the invoice, reasonable shipping costs, perfect! ^^

Everything was very well and carefully packaged. And thank you so much for the gift!

VERY SATISFIED

Good order tracking. Fast delivery

I am very satisfied with the service provided

Good despite the delay before dispatch

Wide choice of fair trade products at attractive prices, positive philosophy and ethics, efficient order processing, careful preparation, fast delivery times and competitive shipping rates.

I am very disappointed to have paid almost 6 euros Colissimo to receive my package 5 days later. I can understand some hazards but I would have appreciated the commercial gesture that would have the delay.

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Hello, thank you for your message, and we apologize for the long delay. Everything was fantastic .....the parcel arrived safely, the products wonderfully packaged, the little kind word that accompanied everything....
I'll be back soon, that's for sure!
Thank you for your professionalism and kindness
.

Always perfect. The only website to offer this level of user-friendliness, with products offering excellent value for money.

I buy mainly coffee beans and this one is of good quality. And for fair-trade organic coffee, the price is very attractive.
Customer service is also top-notch, with always a kind word attached to the parcel along with a little extra product. It's always a pleasure!
Keep up the good work and @ very soon.
***
