Excellent site!<br /> Order received in 24h. The missing products were replaced by their equivalent in better (weight, quality).<br /> And those which could not be replaced were compensated by a voucher of higher value.<br /> Nothing to complain about the packaging.<br /> The "cora" organic products already tested are very good, and obviously the alter eco products are excellent.<br /> And the "anti-gaspi" section is a great idea!

Everything was perfect, except for the scotch tape fastening on the large 26kg parcel, which wasn't strong enough (fortunately the post office redid it). Even though Colissimo parcels are accepted up to 30kg, this parcel was not delivered by the letter carrier (to whom I spoke) because it was too heavy to be delivered on a single delivery round (collection to be made at the post office). Perhaps another carrier could be used for parcels over 20kg?

To my great regret I have not yet received the parcel, there is a serious problem with Kiala. It is therefore likely that I will not repeat the experience for perishable goods. I hope the milk chocolate arrives (if it arrives at all) in good condition.<br />
