Excellent site!
Order received in 24h. The missing products were replaced by their equivalent in better (weight, quality).
And those which could not be replaced were compensated by a voucher of higher value.
Nothing to complain about the packaging.
The "cora" organic products already tested are very good, and obviously the alter eco products are excellent.
And the "anti-gaspi" section is a great idea!

I've been ordering tea from you for years, and my orders always arrive very quickly, within two days. Once when you made a mistake (sent a different tea) you immediately sent me the correct tea, without charging me for it. I was impressed by your kindness. We don't forget!

Nothing to say about the "nos meilleurs courses" service. Delivered on time and no problems with the content of the order.
The negative point, but not linked to "nos meilleurs courses", is the drop in Alter éco's offer of fair trade labelled products ***.

Everything was perfect, except for the scotch tape fastening on the large 26kg parcel, which wasn't strong enough (fortunately the post office redid it). Even though Colissimo parcels are accepted up to 30kg, this parcel was not delivered by the letter carrier (to whom I spoke) because it was too heavy to be delivered on a single delivery round (collection to be made at the post office). Perhaps another carrier could be used for parcels over 20kg?

I picked up my groceries at their boutique and was very pleased.
I got to know the team and it was a pleasure. I'll be recommending it on their website and I'd recommend it to anyone.
What's more, they're close to the environment and monasteries (values I hold dear).
