The package arrived in good condition, and on time. I have known bamboo charcoal for a long time and find them effective, especially regarding the improvement of tap water taste (no more chlorine smell).

No issues from order to delivery. But the video (link sent by email) to help with the assembly of the ordered product is too fast and too imprecise. Assembly nonetheless successful

Impeccable delivery, careful packaging. Assembly completed. Small downside: the explanation video is too fast, why not make a PDF outlining this crucial step with a diagram to avoid leaks. A little additional info, before buying I went on Amazon to check the reviews, it reassured me in my purchase. Finally, having followed the recommendations regarding rinsing the cartridges, I now have very clear water that I use daily.

We have been drinking tap water for a week! I never would have thought. The water is good. Let's see over time. Just missing a witness for the filter change. Happy with my purchase

Hello, my package arrived well, quickly, but when I opened it, the box of beads was open, and the beads were loose in the package. But the quantity was correct. You should seal the box with tape. Aside from that, everything is fine '

Very serious site and what’s more, it contributes to the environment and is concerned about involving people with disabilities. That was enough for me as a nurse to go for it. Fast delivery, the support is included in the purchase (unlike some sites that charge extra for it) and there’s even the key and screwdriver for assembly. Honestly, nothing to complain about and my water is so much better. Even my plants say thank you ;)
