I already received it, then quickly and I am satisfied. The quality-price ratio is good. I just regret not having the gauge. Make sure to check if it is included when placing the order. Otherwise, I will mention it to others because it is a good product. And on top of that, you talk to a real person for order follow-up. Thank you

Good quality device, well thought out. Once I put too much water, pouring too much water, not seeing the level well (no gauge). Details to add to the manual: 2 caps needed, 1 extra and cartridges each containing its washers and butterfly screws for fixing.

Very good water filtration solution, however the absence of a gauge on the 5.6l device is not very practical as it means we don't always know where we stand in managing the filtered water reservoir.

The explanation of assembling and priming the cartridges isn't clear enough. It gets the job done.

This is the first time I order this product. So far, no particular problem. I hope to enjoy it for a long time, as indicated for the duration of the cartridges.

The product does not conform, and one of them is broken. Orinko's response is: - they do not guarantee any dimensions, and I have to order a carafe that will fit the binchotans delivered ... - the broken product does not change the product's characteristics ... - as compensation, they offer a 15% discount on a future order, which is exactly the same discount offered in the automatic email sent to all customers ... - a refund is possible if you are not satisfied, but logistics fees will be deducted. In short, whether it conforms or not, it's all the same; whether you're happy or not, it's all the same!

It's a good product but I haven't tested it yet, I bought them to take with me on vacation in a few weeks.

Very satisfied with my purchase so far. The delivery was quick, the manual is clear, including for maintenance. The video is really useful and practical for a simple and quick setup. I am now waiting to see how the filter and the materials of the fountain will perform over time, but for now my experience is very positive.

I received the gravity filter quickly. It is easy to set up. I have been using it for a week and the water is really different. It seems clearer and has no smell. There is no more limescale deposit like before in the pot I use for tea, for example. I recommend this filter and this company which seems very ethical to me.

Good site, order received very quickly, cartridges for gravity filter at a fair price to see the effectiveness not yet tried. Siwak fair price but not much taste even at the beginning.

Hello, Satisfied with our purchase, we have been using the water fountain for 3 days. No unpleasant taste compared to our tap water, it's not even comparable. At the start of the installation, I had a few questions, I called and a few minutes later someone called me back and gave me advice followed by an email. Very responsive company. I recommend it to you. Have a nice day
