Very beautiful

Warm welcome, quality meals, a discovery of great Parisian monuments along the water. To do again, that's for sure!

A disaster? I will indeed make a complaint, it's a commented cruise that I booked with my class. The comments were totally inaudible, from start to finish, and moreover, other classes present were running everywhere, screaming every time we passed under a bridge without anyone from the team intervening. Therefore, I will request at least a partial refund.

Excellent evening menu and perfect service, and Isaac was very attentive to us

It's a shame to have been polluted by dozens of very, very noisy school children from Paris, which completely spoiled the enjoyment of this experience.

Speed, efficiency and friendliness

Very good but it's a shame that the comments are barely audible and out of sync due to the translations. In short, we have the commentary on 1 monument when we have passed it. For those discovering Paris, it's a shame.

Pleasant cruise, very decent meals, the only problem is the noise.

The organization and staff were very nice but it was forbidden to take photos in certain key areas. A bit disappointed.

Hello Everything went well except that the boat left with a 1/2 hour delay so the return was delayed we couldn't enjoy the end of the evening because the bus was waiting for us given the late hour so extra charge in the fare.

Hello, you were not precise enough on how to get the tickets regarding the kiosk, pillar is ....and 30 minutes late for the restaurant... It was scheduled for 1:30 PM and the restaurant took us at 2 PM... they rushed the meal at an extreme speed. We won't do it again... regards

We had a very pleasant evening. We were ideally placed on the floor, near the window, with a very nice view. The menu was excellent and the service equally appreciated. A very nice experience that we gladly recommend.

Wonderful getaway with Pierre!! Adorable!!! And... Handsome!!.. Only downside we were pressed for time with a theater at 8 PM (our fault..) wonderful memories I will make a souvenir photo book for my friend who was celebrating her 80th birthday

Very good company. I had taken flexible tickets with a reservation for a specific date. In the end, we anticipated our walk and were able to use our ticket before the reservation date without any problem. It's great.

Very noisy, quite long to be served. The appetizer was served at the same time as the starter, I had to ask for the wine, I think there was a lack of staff.

This Seine River cruise was one of the worst experiences of our trip to Paris. We had to wait in line for more than two hours before boarding. The crowd management was terrible, and people were pushing aggressively just before we got on the boat. At one point, my 5-year-old child was almost crushed in the crowd, which was very frightening. The boat itself was outdated and poorly maintained, with broken chairs and worn facilities. Overall, the experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone. There are much better ways to enjoy Paris than spending hours in a chaotic queue for a disappointing boat ride. Compared to previous years, a slight disappointment regarding the quality of the meal, the service, and the atmosphere on board the boat. Fortunately, these cruise lunches still exist!!

Hello, it was a very pleasant experience, especially in this heat. I arrived late, but I was transferred to the next boat. The little 'hiccup' is that at 11 EUR for a glass of champagne, I would have appreciated it being in a glass and cold, not lukewarm. Best regards, Laure Bassan
