The shampoo dries the hair a lot, impossible to use a brush without leaving a mass of hair after shampooing, the treatment is great though, I got the expected result, a very nice shine and the hair is soft afterwards. However, regarding the delivery, you shouldn't be in a hurry, I reordered a few days ago and it is still pending on the site.

Fast delivery. Very eager to try, I am satisfied with the result. I followed the video tutorial well and I am delighted with the result. The treatment camouflaged my white hair. A beautiful color with nice highlights. Very positive experience.

To date, I still have not received my entire order, yet the total amount has been debited from my account... Although I called and was assured of a follow-up, no news to date... not very serious this site! I really do not recommend it.

Fast shipping and well-packaged products. The customer service is very responsive regarding the order itself or to answer questions about the products. Regarding the product I purchased (Sienna Burnt repigmenting treatment): - very good pigmentation - quick and easy application. We'll see if the pigments last well for 4 weeks.
