My order arrived well but in the package, instead of the anti-dandruff lotion, there was a shampoo.
I placed a new order for a lotion and again I noticed while looking at my order confirmation after payment that it was again a shampoo instead of the lotion.

Hello, We do not have an anti-dandruff lotion on our website. Only a shampoo and an exfoliating treatment. Best regards, The Patrice Mulato team

Very good brand, I have already bought from them and I am still very happy.
The only small downside is that it is a bit expensive.

I received a dye that had spilled, on the bottle a post-it was stuck where it indicated a time, a date, a box number and a reference. I took a photo of this dye but despite several attempts to send it to customer service, the sending did not work. I then called and left a message but no one called me back. I paid €21.00 for the bottle.
