I received my shampoo emptied in the box. At the price of the product, I am a bit angry

Incomplete package and yet paid. Purchase of 4 products (received 3, with a delivery note, noted that only 3 products). After calling customer service, I was told that one of the products I paid for is no longer in stock (why not block it on the site by marking it as out of stock). I was told that I would be refunded (more than a week without news). I called back, and I was told the same thing (I am still waiting). The out-of-stock product was also the most expensive of my order at 27 euros... I don't think I will recommend on the official site, too bad because good composition (natural).

The products are excellent - the distribution caps are useless; the product, especially the repigmenting ones, does not pass through the opening..

Clarifying shampoo before color, very gentle. The chromatic 0.1 and 0.2 meet my needs well. Too bad they were only available in small bottles when I ordered.

Good pleasant products, gentle on the hair. Sometimes a few white hairs persist but overall very satisfied :)
An idea would be to make refills to avoid taking bottles again and requiring less plastic :)
