So far everything has gone very well. We've received the parcel, now we just have to open it.
Pergola 6x4 well packed and all hardware well listed . My only problem was that the EO was drilled incorrectly: it was drilled at each end to accommodate EO-1 and not drilled for EO-2.
This is the 2nd pergola I've bought from Ombréa. Very good product. Meets expectations.
Good-quality pergola, shame about the poor-quality screws on the posts (base plate and ground fixing)! A few scratches on some parts and a defect on the awning box... the whole unit is well dimensioned and looks solid, assembly takes a long day but the steps are well detailed! Good value for money

A few micro-scratches..., the pergola corresponds to my expectations and looks great, the crank is a little hard to turn, is there any greasing to be done?

I bought a panel to put on my pergola from them too, and what a disaster! The slats are damaged and one is missing. Delivery was no better: 3 hours late with no warning. I wanted to order another panel, but I don't know if I will.

The 3 packages arrived safely, but one had a manufacturing fault on a panel upright. The holes for the center bar were offset, and the inserts for the side bars were inverted.
The information on the site is clear, the response to questions quick and the telephone contacts welcoming. Satisfied with the relationship.

The site is practical, clear and easy to order from. On the other hand, delivery and deadlines are not respected! A pergola ordered before the summer still hasn't arrived! And it has just been postponed again .... Communication about delivery is disappointing, I've been left to my own devices with a carrier who's impossible to contact and who decides as he pleases whether to deliver or not. I hope the summer of 2025 doesn't come too soon so I'll have time to assemble my pergola! I am very disappointed.
Order received quickly, serious delivery service. Material well packed, handling without damaging the parcels. The only downside is that you order, pay and only then does the carrier contact you to ask about access to your home, because he delivers with a large truck, which is impossible in the village where we live. As a result, we had to have the pergola delivered to a friend's house in a neighboring village, and then manage to get it home. It would be better to call first.
