Fast delivery, stickers hold super

Quality product, responsive service, excellent value for money. Whether it's the clothing labels or the self-adhesive ones, there's nothing to say, everything's up to scratch. And above all, the big plus for me, a French site, with high-quality customer service that's responsive and finds a solution for you!

I've been a customer for 7 years, ordering labels and personalized products for my children. Super quality and super designs, the products get better every year. I recently had to deal with the customer service department: they're very responsive and a real person to talk to... Nothing to complain about, I'm sticking with them!

Between order and delivery I count about a week. Good quality labels, no defects but some stickers didn't stand up to the machine but it did the job during my child's school trip.

I Woukd give 0 if I could I placed an order for labels 2 weeks ago, never received my order and emailed 3 times which they ignored, I'll have to try and request refund and order labels elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this company.

Lousy !!! I placed an order on August 20 to date order never received ! I have never been able to track them down at their contact center because of the countless requests ..sent endless complaint emails to date not even a response from them ! This was my first purchase ..but never again not recommended !

My order has been shipped several days ago, but it has not arrived. I have written several emails requesting information about the shipping company and tracking number and they do not answer. SCAMMERS!!!

Order placed on 08/27/22 shipped on 08/29/22 and to date still nothing , customer service as they call it practically nonexistent ,they tell me to wait at least until the 15th when school has already started and they don't know how to give me a tracking number......in the indications of shipping times they give lotto numbers ..really a very bad organization

Ordered at the end of August, it was supposed to be delivered on August 26, perfect! Except that they forgot my house number so the parcel was sent back to sender. I wrote to them to find out how things were going and then you had to pay 720 via PayPal to have the parcel sent back to you (whereas on the initial order it was 6delivery) so I didn't want to lose the 66 I'd already paid so I returned 720 and I'm still waiting for the parcel.

As for the order, it arrived within a short time and all complete. But both the thermo stickers and the stickers for the clothing label does not stay attached. I don't understand what is wrong. Respected time and washing. Too bad they are so beautiful.

Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.

Too bad I didn't read these comments before... I paid 9 for express shipping and it took almost a week to get it to me, the timing of the standard order... although seeing what other parents have said I have to be grateful that at least I got my order...

I had an unfortunate encounter where my billing and post address were different but listed the same on the site. Even though the blame was on my end, they kindly redid the order and posted to the correct address for hardly anything. This company went so far out of their way to deliver an exceptional service.

My daughter started CE1 and I've been ordering from your site since she started kindergarten. I'm so happy. The clothing and object labels stick really well and are very easy to put on. Every year my daughter has fun finding her new logo and color. Thank you so much!

No receipt of my order... Several complaints with no reaction other than a reminder of the deadline.

The order has never arrived and their customer service never responds. My advice: do not buy from this store.

I ordered a pack of labels for back to school and they never arrived, I should have read the comments before.

I purchased nametags by wire transfer on August 29, to this day I know nothing about my order...there is no customer service! School will start on Monday and I will have to do it some other way! Be careful

Bought 30 labels on 25.08 and still haven't received anything! Knowing that it's for the school, I'm obliged to recommend some. Hoping it will finally arrive! I contacted customer service in September and got no answer. I'm very disappointed and hope to hear from you as soon as possible, as 9 x 2 doesn't suit me at all!

Correct labels. We'll see how long they last, especially the clothing labels.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

Unfortunately, the quality of the labels has deteriorated a lot and they have already come off after one wash. The customer service is also not very customer-oriented and you only got the message that you can no longer send it back

Very good nothing to say recommend

These are terrible. Didn't even survive one day at school, let alone through the wash. They are too long for most clothing labels, which is where the manufacturer instructs the user to adhere them for best effect. There are better products than this on the market.

Fast shipping, labels conform and beautiful!

This year I am unfortunately disappointed. I'm not one for negative comments, but having received no reply from the company after two messages I'm writing my dissatisfaction here. I've been ordering from the site for years because I was satisfied with the self-adhesive labels, but here the labels don't stick properly, which is annoying when you're dealing with about 80 labels. I think it's a shame not to have any feedback from the company about this incident.

Hello, bought in June 2021, here we are in September 2022 and everything is fine. I tested a "mixed" and therefore at the moment I can ensure the maintenance on the labels of clothing, those of the shoes, the thermocolables. I haven't yet tried the one on objects. I've also bought the toast box and the personalized water bottle with my 3-year-old child, and they're perfect, excellent quality, solid stuff! I4was afraid because of the sponsored ad on facebook (which doesn't give them good publicity because 99% of them are scams), and in the end it's very good! I've learned that several of my colleagues have been ordering from them for years with the same level of satisfaction. In short, to be recommended.

I ordered a personalized water bottle in June, but the cap on the bottle doesn't screw on properly anymore. I've reported it but they won't send me back a new cap... I think it's a shame that a product bought 3 months ago already has problems.

nul!!!! 1st and last time I order on this site! Lunch box ordered, wrong motif chosen, first name misspelled! ZERO customer service! no response despite several emails and impossible to reach anyone by phone! Very, very disappointed!!!!!
