SCAM. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE LABELS NOR HAVE THEY EVER ANSWERED MY PHONE OR EMAILS!

Great labels that hold well on my sons' clothes and things. I had a problem with my delivery (the post office didn't do its job properly!) and customer service found a solution right away. I recommend them!

Shame on you! I ordered a week ago and still haven't received anything. To be avoided really! It wasn't like that at first. So I'm turning to competitors who deliver in three days instead of 10!!!!! When you know that it's almost back to school, you try to be as reassuring as possible during this period.

My order has not arrived and the delivery time stated on the website has passed. I have sent 2 emails and no one responds.

I have given Petit Fernand five stars even though there was a small error with my order. After a quick email to them, I received a friendly response and my amended order was sent immediately. They also included a discount voucher as an apology. I love the excellent quality of Petit Fernand name labels and they will always be my first choice when I need to order again.

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

Great product with lots of choice. The labels hold really well.

The service is lousy, on their website there is a phone number for Spain and you call and the phone number does not exist. They also have a 902 toll free number and you get an answering machine to tell you that this phone is no longer operational. The deadline for delivery of the labels I ordered has already passed and they are already late for the start of the nursery. Customer service with fraudulent information. I am going to have to buy other labels in addition to the charges for the 902 calls. Not recommended.

Received the labels from someone else in an unreachable department. I'm not surprised everyone complains. Big rip-off. You end up marking your stuff with a felt-tip pen after having paid super money! To be avoided absolutely.

Ordered on 08/07 and only received a confirmation email on 08/08. I checked my mailbox thoroughly, but I never received anything... No trace of shipment, no La Poste tracking number, so no way of knowing where my order is! After-sales service won't reimburse me despite my numerous emails, GET OUT!

The self-adhesive labels are great, but the iron-on labels aren't as easy to use as with other brands. What's more, I chose a typeface with a visual that was legible on my screen, unfortunately in real life you have to squint. I'd order again, but only self-adhesive ones.

I love these labels

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.

order has not arrived since i placed it which was on 12th August 2022, received notification the next day that it had been dispatched yet i have not received it and they take payment straight away. customer service is non existent - no one has replied back to my several attempts to chase my order, kids go back to school next week and I am still without labels. Very concerned that my money has been wasted. Shame as I order from them every year! disappointed customer.

Unfortunately I have no opinion on the product, as I didn't like the delivery. Tracked delivery would have been appreciated, as otherwise no recourse is possible. It's a shame.

We ordered the back-to-school labels and they have not arrived yet. We have tried to talk on the phone, but it is impossible. We don't know how to contact you to find out when they will arrive if they arrive and we will have to order the labels from another company. The truth is that we are quite disappointed with the service. We give one star because you can't give less. //// WE WRITE AGAIN on SEPTEMBER 22nd. We still have not received the labels, we have been waiting for them since August. They have not answered us. Only on this opinion page they wrote that they were very busy. We don't know anything. It is clear to us that they are not going to arrive. We have written again so that at least other people will NOT have the same thing happen to them.

After 8 days of waiting, the site sent me an e-mail to tell me that they had sent my order to an address that did not include the street number or name. Yet I had filled in everything perfectly... And since they send standard mail, they don't even realize the anomaly. So I'm stuck for the start of the new school year and very disappointed... Elise
