I thought the backpack would be a little stiffer, but everything is very nice.. the price is a bit too high for my taste, but very nice.

Order and delivery were great but the product has changed and the label cracks at the first iron press. This didn't happen with previous orders. I'm a bit disappointed but it works yay and the girl was able to go on a school trip with everything well labeled.

I think the bottles we ordered are very lovely and well made. However one of the bottles lock/catch broke off within a week when it fell off the sofa which is a shame when they’re not cheap bottles!
