The image is very good, but we wanted to put a first name on it, and the plexiglass arrived without the first name.

Hello, I just put into service the lamp representing Julian Alaphilippe. There was indeed a protective plastic on the front face of the lamp, but there was none on the back part, and it is full of scratches that are visible and unfortunately do not enhance the lamp. I hope you can provide me with a solution to remedy this, please. Thank you in advance. Christophe

I am delighted with what I ordered because it corresponds exactly to the photo; however, I am terribly disappointed with the carrier UPS because it specifies that the order will be delivered in 24/48h GUARANTEED and I had to wait more than 5 days to receive it, so I am terribly disappointed with the carrier and with you for using this company. First time I ordered and unfortunately it will be the last time.

Order delivered quickly, there is nothing to say about that. However, the frame support does not work under load, had to put batteries. The photo frame is scratched on some corners, luckily I opened it to check before giving it as a gift. I am really disappointed.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my package.
The product in the picture looked very nice, unfortunately the actual product did not quite meet my expectations. The plaster looked milky and had visible scratches. The quality was overall not as stated in the description. Furthermore, I had ordered the item as a gift, but the packaging was torn and crushed, which was very unfortunate. I was therefore quite disappointed.
I paid for express shipping for free, still had to wait 3 days and expected to get the money back for the express shipping.
Do not reply to the email. I ordered a solid wood base and received a plastic base, of course cheaper than the one chosen. The shipping was fast, and the package well wrapped, but in terms of customer service, it is completely useless.

The idea is good but it's a bit expensive since the lighting system is worth no more than 5€ online, as my grandmother said, fooled once but not twice.

Very nice looking lamp, perfect. However, very disappointing delivery! Paid for express 24h and received the package more than 2 days later.
I received the photo engraved with beautiful scratches on the bottom despite the correct packaging; it was sent like this. It is not due to the delivery but to the manufacturing.

I received my order but it's a shame that the photo is scratched.
Very disappointed, the edges are full of chips, I couldn't give it as planned.

Some details are missing compared to the photo.
I will send you a photo tomorrow, there are scratches on the plexiglass.
Our plates are equipped with a protective film that ensures both the safety of the plate and the engraving during transport and handling. However, this film must be removed to allow the plate to reveal its final appearance. Once the film is removed, any visible 'scratches' will disappear, as they simply come from this protective film and not from the actual surface of the plate.

Received package 1 point disappointed
Fast delivery, compliant product. The dimensions indicated on the site are not those of the plate alone but the plate + the base, it's not the same. I sent 2 emails for clarification but I'm still waiting for a reply.
After first receiving a parcel with a damaged plate, I had to wait a week before receiving a second plate, which arrived very well packaged and without any problem. So I have to say that the products aren't superbly packaged on the first occasion. If it had been the same packaging as on the second occasion, there wouldn't have been any problem.
The gift was a pleasure but there are scratches. It's a shame
Hello I'm happy but there is a defect on the numbers of the alarm clock.
So far everything is very good and the work is very clean. However, there is a defect in the display that was actually caused by the UPS mail carrier, but there is no response to my problem report.
