Hello, for the product, nothing to complain about, but for the delivery, I am a bit less satisfied. There was a problem with the location; the initial address, the tobacco shop, was on vacation on the delivery dates, so they dropped it off at another address, another tobacco shop that is also a partner with UPS. By the time I understood, I picked up the package after the date for my daughter's birthday, so she was a bit disappointed. Best regards.
Product delivered with a remote control, a USB-C plug, a battery compartment... we don't know if there is an internal battery, if we can put rechargeable batteries in the case instead of normal LR6, and why the remote control has two columns of identical buttons... 2 emails via the contact form: 0 response. This product is not just a laser engraving! Only one type of stand offered for a Valentine's creation is a shame because I wanted a stand with Bluetooth and alarm.... So it could be better.

We are disappointed that the photo is cropped, for a runner it is important to see the legs. More generally, we regret that we are not offered several framing options before making the personalized lamp because afterwards it is too late. Regarding a gift, we are disappointed. Furthermore, the batteries are not provided.
The product itself is nice. But the customer service is non-existent! I sent 2 or 3 messages to request a refund for my shipping costs due to a 5-day delay on a 24-hour delivery and I still haven't heard back!

Beautiful lamp and very realistic engraved. The lighting colors are very bright. Unfortunately, you can't dim at this price, and the battery is very weak. It cannot operate wirelessly as a night light (it must remain with power supply). Very unfortunate.
I only give 3 stars because the lamp is nice in the dark with the LED lighting, but unfortunately there are small round spots like glue marks that spoil the aesthetics (I have removed the protective film well)
Sorry, you noted on your site delivery 24h, 48h I received it two weeks later, so I am disappointed.
Nothing to say about the beauty of the product as well as the shipping which is very fast. However, one light base out of the 3 products ordered (for Christmas gifts) was defective and I received no response from customer service after sending an email 2 weeks ago.

Delivery was guaranteed on 12/24/2025 (for Christmas) with a payment of €9.90 for a "24h UPS express delivery". I opted for this option by paying an extra for the 24h delivery which ultimately was not carried out! Disappointment not to have been able to offer this gift on Christmas Eve but 6 days later because the delivery was made, after complaint, on Monday 12/29/2025! Not a small delay... of one day. Added to the disappointment are the additional costs for a delivery supposed to be "EXPRESS in 24h" paid for nothing. First order on the site Lampephoto.fr very disappointing. I do not recommend this site not only for a delay but for having assured me against payment of an extra, a delivery for an important day when it was only carried out almost 1 week later. It is a total lack of respect and seriousness on the part of this seller. seriousness

The lamp is pretty but a week's delay in delivery due to an issue between the delivery person and the relay point. Customers should not have to deal with these problems, change the delivery person or relay point.. furthermore, I sent you 4 emails that went unanswered, I had to manage with the carrier myself.. it's a shame..

I ordered and paid for a USB adapter for the lamp, but none was included in the delivery. I immediately complained about it but received no feedback.
The image is perfect, but the alarm light is too bright, and the spoken language not being French makes it difficult, disappointed with the purchase

The lamp arrived after 17 days and with the printed part damaged! Too bad because it would have been really beautiful and impressive!

Unfortunately, the goods arrived in defective condition. (A part of the plexiglass is broken.) This probably happened during transport. Therefore, the fault does not lie with "Pictyourlamp". Nevertheless, I need to reorder this part.
Impossible to put the image in the holder. Had to retouch it so that both parts fit. Drawing conforms to the photo. Effect successful.
The image is blurry... And it's my fault but in the photos I thought it was a laser... actually it's plastic...
