No order confirmation, no delivery or shipping confirmation, this query is the first email I receive, unfortunately. Due to the delay, I also somehow no longer have the gift (SECRET BOOSTER D'ECLAT), which was unfortunately simply missing. I think the soap is really great, but the whole process was very chaotic and confusing.

Not yet received

My name was incorrectly labeled on the parcel by the manufacturer. The goods never arrived because, according to the parcel carrier, they could not be delivered. Customer service is a disaster. I get neither feedback nor my money back.

Absolutely poor customer service. Friendly but only accommodating after discussion (although the fault lay with PinUp Secret . Too bad, I have liked the soap very much for a long time .

I have overly sensitive skin and the pin up products dried out my face even more, pulling at my skin and causing an allergic reaction with pimples, whereas my skin is normally smooth and soft, just a little dry on rare occasions.

I've been using Pin un Secret for many months now and I'm very satisfied. I recommend +++ I'm 56 and the products (soap, scrub, etc.) meet my expectations.

I have not received my parcel!

I am very disappointed my parcel did not contain all the product commender and I could not make anything hear with your mark I will not recommend because I estimate that me disappointed customer and swindled I could at least claim with a gesture or a refunding or the sending of the missing product (creme without oil and the rose mist) here thus not satisfied at all!

I ordered a set of 5 items and have only received 2, 1 of which I did not order. Still waiting for a reply from customer service.

When ordering, a product was forgotten. No action was taken by Pin-up secret despite multiple complaints by e-mail and phone call.

I cannot enter my address and the shipment is delivered to a store in another town. With poor opening hours and I'm at home in a wheelchair. This is incomprehensible to me. I may be able to get help this way.

Hello, I am not satisfied. Very disappointed with customer service and delivery. You changed the pick-up location to 45 minutes from my home without even warning me. Then my order was cancelled because I placed two orders with the same postal address. There was an order for me with the boost soap and an order for my sister with the boost soap. We have the same postal address!!!!

I did not receive the product I ordered and was only offered a discount on my next order. I would like my money back! No response to further messages, very annoying! Must have been the last order!

Very poor service, paid and received no goods. Still no refund so far!!!! Will never order there again.

Reactions to products appearance of stains

I had a reaction to the soap... red patches appeared on my face... I think it's a shame to scare customers by sending them a micro-sample of soap for 4€20... especially since I had a reaction... never again!

Hello, I was unable to pick up my parcel because it was in the wrong relay.

It's very small.

Package not received, hence this note. Nothing to do with the product in question or with the company pin up secret.

I have been using the soap for 2 weeks now, I don't see any change except that my skin is extremely dry. Pimples, blackheads etc. are just as present as before.

I'm not satisfied because I'm sure I chose a mask I wanted but unfortunately I think there was a computer problem with the site and my order was not registered with the right items. I'm very disappointed.
