I'm not happy

I cannot enter my address and the shipment is delivered to a store in another town. With poor opening hours and I'm at home in a wheelchair. This is incomprehensible to me. I may be able to get help this way.

Hello, I am not satisfied. Very disappointed with customer service and delivery. You changed the pick-up location to 45 minutes from my home without even warning me. Then my order was cancelled because I placed two orders with the same postal address. There was an order for me with the boost soap and an order for my sister with the boost soap. We have the same postal address!!!!

I did not receive the product I ordered and was only offered a discount on my next order. I would like my money back! No response to further messages, very annoying! Must have been the last order!

Very poor service, paid and received no goods. Still no refund so far!!!! Will never order there again.

Reactions to products appearance of stains

I had a reaction to the soap... red patches appeared on my face... I think it's a shame to scare customers by sending them a micro-sample of soap for 4€20... especially since I had a reaction... never again!

Hello, I was unable to pick up my parcel because it was in the wrong relay.

I have been using the soap for 2 weeks now, I don't see any change except that my skin is extremely dry. Pimples, blackheads etc. are just as present as before.

I'm not satisfied because I'm sure I chose a mask I wanted but unfortunately I think there was a computer problem with the site and my order was not registered with the right items. I'm very disappointed.

I have not received my package after 3 weeks and unfortunately no feedback after I contacted customer service. I hope I will still be helped and that this is an isolated case!!!

-It took 14 days from order to delivery, this was already my fifth order with Pin up Secret, the shipping time was much shorter for all previous orders - now the biggest disappointment, my delivery was not complete, of 3 ordered Crème sans Huile only 1 pack was delivered to me! I contacted the customer service on the day of delivery via the contact form on the website and described my problem. You have to be patient for 4-5 days to get an answer, meanwhile 6 days have passed and I have not received any feedback! I paid for the ordered goods in advance via Paypal, but have not received a refund for the items that were not delivered to me! My worst buying experience with Pin up Secret so far. I am extremely disappointed!

I ordered from Pinup Secret for the first time and unfortunately, based on my experience, I'm not thrilled! At first I found it very strange that you have to pay an extra €2.50 to have your order delivered to your home, but you don't have to pay this fee if you collect it from the delivery service provider. I have never experienced this before. As a customer, you are not given any tracking information. My order was supposedly dispatched on April 24 and finally arrived on May 7. Until then, I had tried to contact customer service in every possible way to ask about the whereabouts of my products. The numerous messages I sent via the contact form remained unanswered, and unfortunately a telephone number stored with Klarna is not assigned. After the parcel arrived yesterday, which I no longer expected, I received a message saying that I could see that the parcel had been delivered. Conclusion - unfortunately neither customer- nor solution-oriented and I hope that the quality of the products, which are praised in all social media, is more convincing than the non-existent customer service.

I simply cannot tolerate the goat's milk soap and have already written to customer service twice within two weeks to return it. I just don't get an answer. What a shame, a wasted purchase!

Unfortunately, I didn't tolerate the soap at all. I've never had any problems with my skin, I've always been able to tolerate everything and have never suffered from blemishes or spots. Unfortunately, this is now different after using the cream! I have developed a bad rash and severe blemishes! I am very disappointed.

A check of the ingredients revealed the following: oxybenzone (benzophenone-3) damages corals and has therefore already been banned in some countries. It also affects the hormone system. Chlorphenesin is considered allergenic, cell-damaging and carcinogenic. Unfortunately, there was no way to return the unopened product. Can only advise against it!

Good product but, as reported to customer service, the bottle of gentle exfoliant I received did not work, I had to open the bottle to remove the product.

I ordered them before, maybe 3 years ago, and they suited me fine. I don't know what you've changed, but maybe my face gets hot as soon as I put it on, so I had to stop using it.
