I totally advise against it! I ordered a complete pack. The soap doesn't work at all, it dries out the skin. The worst is the cream which, when I apply it, causes an unpleasant tingling sensation. I'm extremely disappointed... I strongly advise against using this product. I've decided to stop using the products...

I have not received my package!

A product I ordered was not sent to me and it was only after a long discussion that customer service either wanted to give me my money back or deliver the product I had ordered. I find that quite exhausting and also dubious.

The soap burns the eyes and makes the skin dry 🙁

Unfortunately, the peeling and the soap have the opposite effect. I got the worst pimples!

Unfortunately, the formula has been changed. Even with the cream, the soap dries out my face too much. Too bad, because it was simply great with the old formula.

I would never order again! Customer service is so miserable I waited 11 weeks for my refund. I had to write 10 emails and still got no answer. Never again

Two times in a row no parcel received and ended up with something else in the parcel than ordered. The service did not help and the costs for reshipping to the address had to be paid by the customer when ordering again.

No stars earned. No tracking number communicated, then I should pay the shipping again because it was at the dpd store for 10 days, but I didn't know when it would arrive there... only French websites indicated on request. Bad bad bad!!! Bad service. I will never order there again

I took the whole range. Very drying on the skin... including the cream... I expected better.
