Great product

I really like the precious cream and the goat's milk soap. I find that the peeling is useless and moreover there are always small pieces stuck to certain places on the down.

I received a product that was opened in the box and was half empty when it arrived.

Satisfied with the products at the beginning but I think that they do not correspond to my skin because now it tightens me and I peel. Maybe combine with another moisturizer

I returned dry oil because it was very bad on Yuka, too bad because other products are good. Otherwise the refund was done quickly so good customer service.

The handle of the brush is damaged quickly the wood breaks disappointed especially for 8euros

The new packaging is nicer than the old one. Only one big problem, my glass cream lotion is broken. I was able to salvage what I could but only 1/3 of the product. I would have preferred plastic.

For the soap as usual great! But the cream had to change its formula because my daughter, who has been using it for a long time but had the glass bottle, ended up with patches on her face! I am disappointed this cream was perfect for her skin but something has changed...

Last order was disappointing. For an important event I was waiting for my products. Error with them, the order arrives incomplete. I ask for a commercial gesture, I would have expected an additional product. "Exceptionally" they made a commercial gesture: a brush. Moué 🙁

Hello I received half of my order and one week after and 3 emails, I still have neither my missing products nor my refund. They ask me for pictures of the package and the products .......Complicated!!!

Fast and careful delivery, however the products do not suit me, the soap + cream does not attenuate my imperfections and leaves a greasy film on my skin, I stopped using it. Too bad considering the price.
