Problem with the delivery.

Order received late.

Well received in time

A little long for the delivery but I live in the meeting so I understand I started to test the product since 2 days we will see the results!

Hello, during my last order, there was a problem of delivery, consequently I was not delivered in time. I expected a commercial gesture, a small gift, nothing, I am disappointed.

I am missing a product

It's great

1st parcel, a product badly closed to run everywhere, that can arrive. They send me back this product, without the other packaging. So my little niece will have products without box, no explanation to the products. 1st bad experience.

We don't understand anything about your promotions one buy one free In the package there is only one article

More than 10.20 CHF of shipping costs is not given for 4 products ordered

I ordered a box set and received the items separately in the box...no box set!

The packages arrived completely torn. Wonder if the products had not been used. Very disappointed.

Pin up could have put some samples for Christmas too bad

I wanted to try the experience and trust Pin up Secret as I have a very fragile skin and I have been using it for several months now and I see no results or worse so I will do it again and if still no results I will not use it anymore 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Disappointed with the package received. The soap is not even in a box to store it after use and the box arrived damaged.

I would have liked to receive the soap with its box but no, it's a shame

The soap cleans the skin very well. Unfortunately, I don't see much difference against acne... too bad

For the moment I am not satisfied I burned my skin.

I have received my package Super soap smells very good and leaves the skin very soft

The delivery ok but the goat milk soap just made my skin worse...

I really like the precious cream and the goat's milk soap. I find that the peeling is useless and moreover there are always small pieces stuck to certain places on the down.

I received a product that was opened in the box and was half empty when it arrived.

Satisfied with the products at the beginning but I think that they do not correspond to my skin because now it tightens me and I peel. Maybe combine with another moisturizer

I had ordered a pouch with all the products and I did not receive it

I returned dry oil because it was very bad on Yuka, too bad because other products are good. Otherwise the refund was done quickly so good customer service.

Nothing extraordinary, soap that smells a bit like arnica

Package delivered to a relay point 15 kilometers from the one requested

The handle of the brush is damaged quickly the wood breaks disappointed especially for 8euros

The new packaging is nicer than the old one. Only one big problem, my glass cream lotion is broken. I was able to salvage what I could but only 1/3 of the product. I would have preferred plastic.

Very pleased with the soap and cream without oil but very disappointed with the smell of soap I am not a fan

Good product, I don't have enough time to see if it really works well. Order took a little while to arrive but conforms.
