Having been unable to collect my parcel within a week, it has already been returned to sender. I sincerely hope to be compensated, in which case I will not buy from this site again, with which I am usually satisfied.

My parcel was returned after 7 days, and I didn't get an alert before 24 hours, and I didn't like the fact that your after-sales service told me to pay the return costs again. And normally, parcels are returned after 14 days, so that's it! Have a nice day!

I'm very disappointed by the price because even on special offer, I found identical products on average €8-10 less... I think it's a shame and gives a bad image.

A very aggressive product for my skin, which became dry after two days, accompanied by small pimples.

Order not received

I have not received my parcel at home. It was delivered to 7890 Ellezelles at a relay point and I strongly object to travelling the miles to collect it. The delivery should have been made to 7911 BUISSENAL, Saule Pendu, 6. Thank you for making the necessary arrangements.

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to collect my parcel. It has been returned. Can you send it back to me? If not, will I be reimbursed quickly so that I can place another order?

Disappointed with customer service, I've been buying from them for a few years now, and on my last order I contacted them about a problem with the pump on my cream, which made it unusable. The response from customer service was "there's nothing we can do". They're always busy to sell, but after that, at the price of their products, the least they can do is respect their customers.

The product dries out my skin enormously and therefore inevitably creates excess sebum. This excess of sebum causes me a lot of pimples and blackheads. Maybe that's why I didn't buy your oil-free cream, but I don't think so because my skin is not comedogenic.

I still haven't received my order and you don't answer me when I ask you where my order number 192821 is.

The brand made a mistake with the box, but I really need the products, and I must either pay for the missing product or send my box back, but I really need the products for my acne, I only ask for repairs, and that they send me the missing product.

Ordered two jars and received only one with a torn protective lid, so it was opened. Announced parcel and nothing at the Chronopost post office.

Unfortunately I have even more acne and dry skin.

Only 1 product received in my parcel instead of 2! I'm awaiting the return of the service.

If I could have put zero stars... on the packaging we see the name of a company in France. Then "Netherlands", but in the end it says "made in IL" = made in Israel. It's deceitful not to put myself forward.

Many pimples have appeared and my skin texture is worse than before using these products.

Very disappointed I was missing a product, I reported it, they never answered me.

It's a shame about the goat's milk soap, which has a really horrible smell. The crème précieuse is great, but the soap is a real zero because of its unbearable scent.

Bcp too long to receive .. and in pharmacy it's cheaper than on the site but otherwise the products are exceptional 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
