Your products are good except that I had to pay 55.50€ of customs tax for 90€ of product I find it abusive

Very happy with the products but the delivery service is catastrophic on each order. Change of relay point without warning us with 20km difference between the two, change of delivery date without warning us. Complaint made to Colissimo and Pin-up Secret but no return 10 days later

In spite of my good faith on the fact of putting wrong in the composition of my set, I did not obtain an exchange of my product whereas I am customer since 3 years and that it never happened to me. Super bad after-sales service and absolutely not commercial!

Over the products, disgusted to have paid so much to end up with a skin all damaged (dry, tirallier, skin that peels) I returned to my basic products. I don't understand why it costs so much to end up with bad skin and some products burn the face.
