I am very dissatisfied because I am a long time customer and the price of the cream did not change, but the capacity went from 50 ml to 12 ml for the same price.

I received an open package and I don't even have customer service back

I still have not received my order placed on August 18, the package is lost, I still have no news, I had to order again without being reimbursed for the order not arrived. No possibility to cancel the order.

Null soap I have been waiting for an answer for several days

First order made I was very happy with the products, so second order to replenish my stock I was missing products in my package! I made a claim and sent the photo as requested! Customer service non-existent the fault of Covid, it has good back Covid! I would like that they answer me, either that they refund me or that they send me back the missing product thing that seems normal to me! I am very very disappointed

Still not received my order

The products are not adapted to my skin at all! The mask gives me redness all over my face. Very disappointed.

I ordered on purpose at the time of the free travel kit (for future business trips) but I did not receive the travel kit in my package. Disappointed.

Package arrived quickly but product was damaged, had to throw away an item I paid for and now I'm being asked to return it even though I got rid of it! There was some everywhere. I even sent pictures as proof and they don't send it... disappointed

The soap arrived in a box all torn and so the soap was also damaged yet this is not the first time I order

The pump does not work! Impossible to get the cream and we say that we can't do anything! The price where that costs I do not understand why the pump is not of minimum quality so that it functions correctly so that the cream which is very thick goes up !!!! I am quite surprised by the soap that does not make any gesture. I just have to throw the cream in the garbage

Incorrect content when ordering

I bought the goat milk soap and I am disappointed! The next day, my skin is very, very oily, and shiny like never before, even though I have combination skin that tends to be dry.

I give no note because the package I ordered did not correspond to the package ordered, the problem has still not been resolved, I am very disappointed, too bad because the quality of some problems are top!

Full of buttons

I had ordered the goat milk soap, the face cream and the foot care and I did not receive the foot care! Despite numerous complaints I have neither the care nor a refund I am very disappointed in Pin Up Secret it's theft!

This soap is a big scam financially and for the skin I dare not even talk about damage it made me bring out all my buttons I had not much there I have more than wind false advertising

It does not fulfill its promises no change for me. Disappointed. I even feel that it has accentuated my small pimples. For my part I do not recommend

Very disappointed for a 1st order. Error on 2 ordered products. I had to call back several times for the solution and I still haven't received the missing products from my 1st delivery.

A catastrophe! Pimples all over my face after using soap and creams... Dryness from another world after cleaning the face with soap. Never again!

I am very disappointed. The soap burns my skin, and after the end of the day my skin became very dry. I felt tightness on my skin. I stopped using it after a week and since then I have had more pimples than when I started. Very disappointed, I think there should be a compensation

Package never delivered

Patches of pimples came out even though I never had acne. The customer service assures me that this is normal and that it can last up to 2 months. Never seen anything like it. I wanted to test the brand out of curiosity, I won't do it again

Big disappointment, don't buy the face peel it's a horror! I regret my purchase.

I placed an order with pin up secret on 08/06/2022 and I still have not received my order. I have contacted them and they tell me that they will make a claim to colissimo and so far I have no news. I am really disappointed

Very disappointed On the advertisement the soap holder looks like it's made of transportable plastic.
