I regularly order oil free cream and I ordered some here to test their new packaging but disappointed at the reception to see that the tube is still green and therefore impossible to finish the cream until the end even with the old packaging and the new one the cream remains at the bottom and impossible to break the glass to recover what remains at the bottom

Lame! I find myself with a face full of pimples and patches when at the beginning I only had 2/3 of them

Missing 1 product. The weight was exact so see with the post office which tells me the same thing. So disappointed because lost money and I will have no news of my missing soap

After a mistake on my order, I found their solution not very commercial. I still received the right product in the end but I was disappointed.

Hello, your product made me win more pimples than I removed on my face

Phenomenal pimple outbreak while my skin is perfectly adapted to the criteria of the soap and much too expensive this product is not a treatment as the influencers like to sell it to us.

I ordered 3 bottles ...all 3 arrived with pumps that don't work, a little light considering the price. And no news from customer service last order.

Not at all suitable for dry and sensitive skin. Although I took the dry sensitive skin kit. My skin dried out even more. Until I had tightness and red patches on my face. I referred to it by mail but it suggests me to continue once a day. But still the same problem. So I stopped this routine and I took my usual routine. And my skin is almost back to normal. The least I could have done was to make a commercial gesture. Given that I ordered under your advice. So dry skin I would not recommend this range. It is a range more for oily skin and seborrheic tendency. So I threw the money out the window. Thank you for this loss of money.

I bought a box set and apparently I can't return any of the items in the set. I have seen so many good reviews on one of the products and I am wondering if they are fake reviews. I scanned one of your Yuka items and the item is very bad and is harmful to fertility. ( The oil free cream) I would like a refund on this item.

Very disappointed, my skin does not support any product. They are too aggressive and very drying. I felt like I was wearing a mask, my face was frozen. I lost 86€, products were thrown away and I had to buy new products to repair the damage.

Concerning the precious complexion soap there is nothing to say because I have been using it for years. Very disappointed by the commercial service. Indeed while I am used to order a certain box, this one was delivered to me without the usual box, but in simple bubble wrap, which I find unacceptable the price that it costs (more than 100 euros!). It was a gift, so I asked the sales department to send me a box and they refused. So for my part it was my last order on this site which has no recognition for its good and faithful customers.
