The soap is great but the cream is not more

I would have liked to have the composition of the product and especially that it is well noted essential oil and that it is noted not recommended for pregnant women!

Not received the package...

I ordered a goat's milk soap but received one that was yellow in color, while the soap is white. I am very disappointed.

Amount deducted 2 times ... still no refund

I ordered the goat's milk soap. Honestly the smell is very strong not at all pleasant. After 2 or 3 uses I had a pimple rash. I really regret this purchase especially at this price.

Really disappointed, I am missing 1 out of 3 items. I've been checking with the post office for 1 week now and no news. Knowing that the package was well closed, it's incredible not to take responsibility and do a minimum to return the service that is due. The customer is really not king. Terribly disappointed!

Very disappointed with the products (hand and foot cream) by scanning the product I realized that it is very badly noted and even 1 product considered as endocrine disruptor prohibited since March 2022 in Europe it is inadmissible! I ask for a refund of my products!

I did not receive my package

Ordered on february 25th. Package still blocked at the post office on March 9. No refund, no sending of a new order, no commercial gesture. I have to wait 15 working days for the post office to deign to answer. It is therefore the customer who must suffer the consequences. SAV has to be improved.

I have been prone to eczema since I was a little girl, having seen the ads for this product, I decided to try it. From the first application, red patches, almost burned, and irritation, I renewed the experience twice to give the product a chance, but it was catastrophic and I had the same problem again. Product that I will not use any more!

The cream opened in my package received several mail with photo to support sent without any response.

Soap that tears the skin and cream that moisturizes nothing at all I had patches everywhere and my skin peeled so much it dries! I am disappointed?

A customer service unreachable by phone is a shame ..... it does not give a good image at all!

Very disappointed when we see the products of the body scrub harmful to health. And once again sending and packaging without any entity or interest for the customer. I threw the product without using it.

My skin has become very dry, I look twice as wrinkled even though I moisturize my skin well. Red patches appear after using the soap and the so-called gentle scrub has damaged my skin even more. I trusted the reviews I bought but for the moment my skin is worse than before, although I only had a few spots that I wanted to get rid of. If I could have returned your products and gotten a refund I would have done so.

The pump of the cream without oil does not work, I warn then the sav and they answer me that it makes cut the stem of the pump, except that it does not work tjrs. I will never recommend any product again. Very disappointed

I don't know if it's due to the soap or the oil-free cream but it burned under my eyes, patches on my cheeks and spread between my eyebrows. Disappointed because it looked like top products! I am pregnant maybe the products are not suitable for pregnant women because it is the first time that I react like this! The hand cream is still perfect and the smell is really nice I will try again once my pregnancy is over ...

Order paid with 5 euros delivery fee for reception in 48h Order received 10 days later

I did not receive the order, but please do not contact pin up because a lost or stolen order is not their problem. They have to contact them every week to follow up on the process and the response time is not an issue. Very disappointed.

I love it too much

Goat's milk soap at the top and well rated on yuka but the oil free cream to avoid.... It is rated 2/100 on yuka and full of components bad for health (endocrine disruptor and thyroid). It's a shame to advertise such products.

It damaged my skin

All I got were patches on my face. I'm really disappointed.

Customer service not at all commercial. I did not receive my order entirely and the customer service does not want to make any commercial gesture either refunded the missing product or sent back the missing product

Ad parcel delivered 72h after order which is false I received 2 weeks later. Not happy.
