Having seen the reviews I decided to go for it but I see no difference even though I use the pinup soap every day morning and evening.

The pin up secret service is very slow and not of good quality

It makes me button of ouf I really advise not to buy it

Disappointed by the packaging

The products are good but the delivery time is much too long

Very disappointed, my skin does not support any product. They are too aggressive and very drying. I felt like I was wearing a mask, my face was frozen. I lost 86€, products were thrown away and I had to buy new products to repair the damage.

Catastrophe, my skin reacted badly

After using two products, I had red patches, damaged skin, irritation, ... I do not recommend and I paid a lot of money

I am disappointed with the pelling I found brown in the product it looks like excrement really disgusted

I received an incomplete order I declare a missing product but I am asked to send back a picture of the product and the package. Of course I had thrown the package away...... I was not reimbursed for the missing product

Concerning the precious complexion soap there is nothing to say because I have been using it for years. However I was clearly disappointed because there was a problem with my order which came from your site and no commercial gesture was made, which is very disappointing for a customer who has been loyal to you for years.

Not compatible with pregnant women because of essential oils (sage among others)

Very disappointed by the commercial service. Indeed while I am used to order a certain box, this one was delivered to me without the usual box, but in simple bubble wrap, which I find unacceptable the price that it costs (more than 100 euros!). It was a gift, so I asked the sales department to send me a box and they refused. So for my part it was my last order on this site which has no recognition for its good and faithful customers.

Unfortunately, the pin up secret product did not work on my skin. My pimples did not get any better. I am disappointed.

Frankly disgusted by your commercial thecnique you fideliser mm not your regular customer to say that I made you of the pub but tempis I found another mark less expensive and which fidelise with a product 3 times less expensive and as good as yours I advise against your mark for lack of commercial technique Never an attention a gift a promotion obliged to pass by your bitch of infuenceuses to have me 30% lollllll nullllll you are

The soap is great but the cream is not more

I would have liked to have the composition of the product and especially that it is well noted essential oil and that it is noted not recommended for pregnant women!

Not received the package...

I ordered a goat's milk soap but received one that was yellow in color, while the soap is white. I am very disappointed.

Amount deducted 2 times ... still no refund

I ordered the goat's milk soap. Honestly the smell is very strong not at all pleasant. After 2 or 3 uses I had a pimple rash. I really regret this purchase especially at this price.

Really disappointed, I am missing 1 out of 3 items. I've been checking with the post office for 1 week now and no news. Knowing that the package was well closed, it's incredible not to take responsibility and do a minimum to return the service that is due. The customer is really not king. Terribly disappointed!

Very disappointed with the products (hand and foot cream) by scanning the product I realized that it is very badly noted and even 1 product considered as endocrine disruptor prohibited since March 2022 in Europe it is inadmissible! I ask for a refund of my products!

I did not receive my package

Ordered on february 25th. Package still blocked at the post office on March 9. No refund, no sending of a new order, no commercial gesture. I have to wait 15 working days for the post office to deign to answer. It is therefore the customer who must suffer the consequences. SAV has to be improved.

I have been prone to eczema since I was a little girl, having seen the ads for this product, I decided to try it. From the first application, red patches, almost burned, and irritation, I renewed the experience twice to give the product a chance, but it was catastrophic and I had the same problem again. Product that I will not use any more!

The cream opened in my package received several mail with photo to support sent without any response.

Soap that tears the skin and cream that moisturizes nothing at all I had patches everywhere and my skin peeled so much it dries! I am disappointed?

A customer service unreachable by phone is a shame ..... it does not give a good image at all!

Very disappointed when we see the products of the body scrub harmful to health. And once again sending and packaging without any entity or interest for the customer. I threw the product without using it.
