I bought a box set and apparently I can't return any of the items in the set. I have seen so many good reviews on one of the products and I am wondering if they are fake reviews. I scanned one of your Yuka items and the item is very bad and is harmful to fertility. ( The oil free cream) I would like a refund on this item.

Very disappointed by the commercial service. Indeed while I am used to order a certain box, this one was delivered to me without the usual box, but in simple bubble wrap, which I find unacceptable the price that it costs (more than 100 euros!).
