Allergic reaction to one of the products

I am very disappointed that I did not receive my order and pin up secret had to do his investigation. I sent all the information they asked me for and they have not answered me anymore so I will not order from them again.

I took these products because I've seen that they reduce acne and scarring...... For me it's the opposite. More pimples and bigger pimples. I don't have any allergies or sensitive skin. Disappointed

The soap irritated my face and brought out a lot of pimples. My hands felt like winter when it's cold. I put it in the trash, and I spent 2.90 € for a donkey milk soap in the pharmacy. I started using soap and quite frankly I'm disappointed. In just a few days of use it has given me pimples, when it should be the opposite. I don't recommend buying it.
