The very drying soap for the cream nothing crazy

I am very pleased with the delivery. I have received all items in my order in two shipments just as you stated in your order. When I contact the customer service department they send me the same email 2x straight away with the same message saying that they are going to start a contest with the post office. But I still haven't heard from them yet. Since December 23rd 2019 my package has not moved from the warehouse. I won't recommend it anymore.

I had a reaction to the soap and two weeks to be delivered or more if I hadn't reported it.

In one box, several nickel products except for a jar of cream which had come out of its packaging half torn and without a seal. I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

I bought a box as a gift for 116€ and pin-up secret did not send a box (as indicated on the site) but the items as is in a vulgar cardboard box. I reported this to customer service who replied that the term box mentioned on the site did not mean a packing box at all. it's really very petty considering the price of the products, this salesman plays with words to mislead his customers because the term box would have been much clearer. this is the first and last time I order products from them because there is a lot of competition and the consumer always has a choice. The attention paid to these customers is zero

I've been using it for 10 days and it gave me disappointed pimples even though it smells good.

I started the pinup routine at the beginning I really appreciate the products my skin texture was refining, a luminous complexion but when I tried peeling I had an instant acne flare-up as soon as I rinsed my face my swollen face on the T-zone where I just erased. My face was all red and burnt. I talked to a friend of mine who is a beautician and apparently a client told her that your line was causing her problems as well. For my part I had to solve the problem by going to the pharmacy for an allergy but it didn't work and my doctor had to prescribe a treatment. The problem is still not solved. I've had this shitty pimple for a week now because of your game.

The products don't work, on the contrary they give you a lot of horrible pimples.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the products at all! I have ordered the goat soap peeling and cream set without oil. First of all to know I have skin that often tends to make imperfections and more or less oily. For a long time I've been using the goat's milk soap. I was delighted but I wanted to make a routine with a complete range of products so I ordered it. Already I received a cream without oil defective that is to say that the pump bottle was not working nothing out the customer service tells me then to cut with a scissors which still does not work then I am told to return it and then I am sent back a product knowing that I waited almost 2 weeks for the receipt of products I refused and I take the material with a brush! Super seen the price after the first application and so far, 3 weeks of use, the products are extremely pricking my skin! So much so that after use it looks like my skin is burnt like after a big sunburn. Very expensive for soap, I found the same one at 3.50 in an organic cosmetics store. Product sold 4 times the price it's really worth all its price because it's influencers who advertise it there. And this product is not at all revolutionary, it gives very dry skin compared to the one I found.

I took the soap and a cream which did not succeed me at all I had very dry skin except that I have the oily skin and the skin which peels at present as well as of the tugging of the skin I advise it not to the sensitive skins
