Not happy with dented soap ! Not a good gift !!!

It was all broken and it's pimpled I'm very disappointed I'd like a refund.

Never received and no more news from customer service when my order contained a gift to offer.... great and yet too bad because the products are great... so disappointed?

After almost a month of using the goat's milk soap no results unfortunately.

Disappointment, after a week of using the product, burns on the wings of the nose as well as the cheeks... for a "100%" natural product, I find it strange. I am absolutely not allergic to goat's milk.

Soap doesn't suit all skin types. It's gotten me tons of pimples.

This product gave me a lot of small buttons, very disappointed with the price.

Late delivery wet cardboard...

I don't know what to say, I think it's still too soon. It's been about 2 weeks since I've been using it and I haven't noticed any changes in my pimples, I feel like I'm getting more of them. It smells great but it dries out the skin a lot so you need a good moisturizer afterwards. My mates have not tightened up any results on this level as well. We all have a different skin and it may not be suitable for my skin. I will continue to use it for a month and we'll see.

Catastrophe

Hello, I contacted your after-sales service because my oil-free cream has a malfunction. The dispenser is out of order so it is impossible to use my cream. This is my second order and I am extremely disappointed. I was just asking for a nozzle to make the dispenser work. But I am being asked to return the product. I can't use my cream and I am being asked to take further steps !

Very disappointed with the soap leaves my skin very dry and red. I don't use it anymore, I used it for 4 days and it was worse on the 4th day so I stopped using it.

After I placed my order I wanted to cancel my order because I had many bad comments about the product. I asked to cancel my order a few minutes after I placed it, but of course my order had already been made and the refund was no longer possible ! Not even 1 hour after the order we should be able to cancel it is nonsense!

Products opened and damaged inside the package. Claim mail sent upon receipt and no return from them. Really very very disappointed ....

Extremely disappointed the oil free face cream of anything I would surely not put on my face plus the pump doesn't even work....fast delivery but that's it... you use influencers for your products to incite to buy shame on you and them...

No product has bad qualities contrary to what is said

I've called you several times, I've only had one product out of four, how awful...

I wanted to try it because of the reality show people and frankly I am disappointed I see no but really no change on my skin I still have as many spots I still have as many pimples my skin is just drier. I wouldn't buy your products again.

I didn't receive the products so it was impossible to test this brand which directed me to the post office for a complaint instead of sending the products back to me. I did not recommend it at all.

I have sensitive, reactive skin. From the first use I felt discomfort and tingling. I cannot use these products.
