In one box, several nickel products except for a jar of cream which had come out of its packaging half torn and without a seal. I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

I bought a box as a gift for 116€ and pin-up secret did not send a box (as indicated on the site) but the items as is in a vulgar cardboard box. I reported this to customer service who replied that the term box mentioned on the site did not mean a packing box at all. it's really very petty considering the price of the products, this salesman plays with words to mislead his customers because the term box would have been much clearer. this is the first and last time I order products from them because there is a lot of competition and the consumer always has a choice. The attention paid to these customers is zero

My face was all red and burnt. I talked to a friend of mine who is a beautician and apparently a client told her that your line was causing her problems as well. For my part I had to solve the problem by going to the pharmacy for an allergy but it didn't work and my doctor had to prescribe a treatment. The problem is still not solved. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the products at all! I have ordered the goat soap peeling and cream set without oil. First of all to know I have skin that often tends to make imperfections and more or less oily. For a long time I've been using the goat's milk soap. I was delighted but I wanted to make a routine with a complete range of products so I ordered it. Already I received a cream without oil defective that is to say that the pump bottle was not working nothing out the customer service tells me then to cut with a scissors which still does not work then I am told to return it and then I am sent back a product knowing that I waited almost 2 weeks for the receipt of products I refused and I take the material with a brush! Super seen the price after the first application and so far, 3 weeks of use, the products are extremely pricking my skin! So much so that after use it looks like my skin is burnt like after a big sunburn. My skin is itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy. After 3 weeks of use my skin has gone from oily to dry or even very very dry! And it is absolutely not better! I'm peeling my face! Then as far as peeling is concerned, I do not recommend it at all, it does not work at all, the texture is really bad, very hard to apply and excrement is hard to remove, moreover, we think that it is dead skin that is removed with the peeling, whereas this is the only friction of the product, a real dope for this product...! Apart from burning the skin it does nothing I strongly advise against this brand.
