A very nice address, I was missing my truffle in my parcel (human error and given the period it's understandable) and plantin sent it to me by trusting me, I'm very satisfied as always.

Very good! We placed an order and it was delivered within 24h00. The packaging was perfect. The truffles are beautiful and very fragrant. Needless to say, we'll be ordering again.

The package arrived but, contrary to the very clear instructions about the recipient, it was delivered to a person in the apartment building where I live, NOT designated by me as recipient or substitute ! I remember that there is privacy ! But the worst thing is that the person to whom my order was left, delivered it to my partner, thus ruining my surprise for Christmas! A total disaster! As for the condition of the contents, I still don't know, because the package will be opened on Christmas Day...at least that!!!
