Very good execution of the order, fresh truffles a little unequal in quality.

Truffle oil tastes excellent. Delivery, as always, very fast. Unfortunately also high logistics costs.

I received my delivery late and unfortunately my Alba truffles suffered as a result. The store's customer service was very responsive and sent us a perfect truffle the very next day. It was the carrier's fault, but they took responsibility - hats off to them!

I am completely satisfied with the service. The truffles (from Burgundy) are beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. However, THEY HAVE ALMOST NO TRUFFLE TASTE. It was said that they were less aromatic, but at this point, it's a real shame. I won't use this product again and will wait for the 'real thing' to avoid this pitfall.
