It was a first order and everything was in accordance, both on the whole fresh truffle and on the pieces. Texture, color, fragrance, everything was perfect. The delivery was also perfectly managed, on time and with the friendliness of the delivery person (that's normal, it's in Savoie ;)). I did not receive my order despite 2 delivery information on different days and I was told on the last day that it had to be returned because it was expired!!!! How can I get a refund?

Everything went well, the products are good except for the foie gras in a jar, it has no taste, too bad I am disappointed with this product. On the other hand, the other foie gras is good with flavor. I won't buy the first one in a jar again. I remain happy with everything else.
