I've already ordered truffles several times online and this time I'm very disappointed, especially as I'd opted for the EXTRA quality. The smell was fine, but the taste was very disappointing considering the price. And the packaging wasn't exceptional either. For the same price or even less, I can find it in shops in Belgium. DON'T FORGET YOUR TYPE OF PRODUCT.

Hello Sir, thank you for taking the time to leave your comment. We are surprised to read that you chose the quality of your truffles knowing that we do not offer the option on our website. The term "extra" simply refers to the visual aspect of the truffle, which must be round and regular enough to be defined as an extra quality truffle. In no way does this affect the taste and fragrance of the fresh truffle. Packaging is the most conventional for fresh truffles. It's all about keeping the product, which is perishable, in suitable packaging for transport, nothing more. Hello, As I reported to customer service, the truffles I received were beautiful but lacked smell and flavor. I usually buy Melanosporum from Plantin, and all my guests were disappointed. I regret Plantin's lack of commercial gesture.

The products are very good, with no surprises. The delivery, unfortunately, again without surprise since Chronopost, catastrophic. Parcel supposed to be delivered at home dropped off at a parcel relay with no explanation, of course at a time when the parcel relay was closed. Chronopost never ceases to innovate in mediocrity.
