Soft truffles

Salt with summer truffle not so good to be polite.

Alas, I was poisoned by a truffle that wasn't any good. nothing serious, but I was sick for several days. after that, things can happen...

I'm disappointed. The summer truffles I recently bought from you are inedible: 21-05-2024. They have absolutely no taste. They taste bland. Trash! Sorry for my money. Never again.

Very disappointed: no taste and no smell! I don't know if they were last picked, but they didn't seem to be very fresh.

The chronost delivery man said I refused the order and returned the parcel: I was at home all day !!!! My New Year's Eve recipe has been compromised

With a major delivery problem we had some doubts about the freshness of the truffles, so we preferred to throw them away. I won't be repeating the experience.

Delivery was supposed to be free from 50€ purchase I still paid 14€ fdp

The truffles weren't ripe at all

The bag was damp, which is never a good sign, and on opening the truffles were very lightly veined with white. One out of three had been cannibalized, so the others had not been checked. I don't recommend it and I'm terribly disappointed. I'll never order anything from this site again and I'll make sure that plantin gets very bad publicity among my acquaintances.

Ordered truffle extra and recu truffles 20 gr

Ordered on Wednesday to leave on vacation Friday evening. Delivery on Saturday! Impossible to order a mandolin and oil at the same time as the truffles.

I still haven't received my oil ???

I still haven't received my parcel and I'm going to get paypal involved with which I paid.

Truffles poorly packed, no cold pack. Chronopost delayed. The taste was weak or non-existent - only the smell remained. Disappointed ...

I didnt receive anything after 4 days even with the so called dhl express, very disappointed!

Delivery time much too long for my taste if you operate in the same way with your truffles people have to receive them for Easter having ordered them at Christmas.

On the negative side, I'd like to mention the delivery aspect: although I paid for my order to be delivered to my home, I was notified by sms that the deliveryman had tried to deliver the parcel on the scheduled day, but had been unable to do so due to the absence of someone at home. That day, however, I didn't leave my home and I didn't receive any sms (or telephone) notification from the deliveryman that he was coming to deliver. I consider that the home delivery service has not been rendered. The charge by Chronopost (included in the price of my order with Plantin) is therefore unjustified.

No aroma, no taste, truffles filled with water, what a disappointment!
