Disappointed by the truffle cheese.
As truffle lovers, we couldn't find the taste or aroma of truffles. We're sorry, but we won't be doing this again!
Hello Very disappointed with the truffle brisure which had no taste and no flavour.
A particularly refined tasteless truffle.
5 stars for the delivery. 1 star for the truffle, which tasted as good as a Chinese truffle... my dish tasted almost nothing like it 🙁
Truffles not vacuum-packed and therefore far too moist
The truffles were good. The only downside was the delivery! Chronofreche were two days late in delivering and I even had to pick them up myself from the depot on the third day! Unacceptable! Plantin has nothing to do with it, but it's up to you to pass on our dissatisfaction. Sincerely
Disappointed! Out of 100g of truffles, about half were of mediocre quality, as if they had been kept too long before dispatch. We ate them 24 hours after receipt.
The package arrived but, contrary to the very clear instructions about the recipient, it was delivered to a person in the apartment building where I live, NOT designated by me as recipient or substitute ! I remember that there is privacy ! But the worst thing is that the person to whom my order was left, delivered it to my partner, thus ruining my surprise for Christmas! A total disaster! As for the condition of the contents, I still don't know, because the package will be opened on Christmas Day...at least that!!!
Having ordered, in addition to a truffle, a gift box for 5€, I received a disproportionate and ridiculously inadequate gift box / size of the truffle intended to make a Christmas gift. I'm disappointed with this process. Having
I'm quite disappointed with the product. I wanted these broken truffles to accompany tagliatelle, but the taste was very very bland, even when eating them directly from a spoon. I don't know if it's a defect of the product, but there was almost no truffle taste.

Perfect merchandise but arrived 24 hours late with no information from chronofresh, who could not be reached.

It was a gift and I had specified it well, but I received it with the invoice inside and there was no personalized message for my mother.

Perfect navigation but the truffles ordered were not very tasty
I thought I'd have a nice 50g truffle, or two medium-sized ones, but in fact I received 9 very small truffles to make 50g. Not easy to make nice strips with that ... disappointed.

Mont d'or truffé sold with a consumption limit. Obligation to consume in a hurry and too strong a taste (cheese). Truffle non-existent....
Poor customer service. No communication. I had to call to find out if my order and subsequent email had been processed.
Tasteless truffle, fast delivery
Catastrophic Chronofresh delivery: the driver missed several appointments while you waited for him all day because no one warned you, with lame excuses each time (the driver didn't find the parcel, the parcel wasn't put on the truck and stayed at the depot, the driver didn't have time to come to your house because he had to return to the depot before 4:00 pm....) The fresh truffle shavings are actually quite large pieces of debris, the smell is good but the taste is a little bland and well below the quality expected of fresh black truffles. The summer truffle pasta is good and as expected.
I asked for a deferred delivery, plantin's reply: the price of truffles changes every day, so it's not possible. No more possibility of cancelling the order and taking it back later.
