Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the delivery is then handled directly by Chronopost within their network. This is an independent service from our company, which unfortunately limits our ability to influence delivery times once the package has been dispatched.
We are currently experiencing several difficulties with this carrier, and we are sorry for this, as it directly impacts our customers' experience despite the care taken in preparing the orders.
