Order placed on Saturday, December 20 at 7 PM. Just after a phone call to the store for confirmations (the day and time not ideal for the staff). Very nice. Order shipped on Monday. Received on Tuesday before noon. What to say: Thank you. And when we are so satisfied, we can only give 5 stars. A large part of the disappointing package had too firm flesh with no taste and was pink.

Melano truffle, lacking smell, surprised because Plantin is usually known for its quality. I used to order as a professional, but as an individual, the quality was not up to par.

I did not receive my order despite 2 delivery information on different days and I was told on the last day that it had to be returned because it was expired!!!! How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that certain packages are returned by the carrier when they cannot be delivered within the specified time, especially for fresh products. In this case, and to ensure food safety, the package is indeed returned when it is deemed expired.
