Your advisors were very professional following the non-delivery to my home by Chronofresh; another shipment was made in the best possible time. However, I am very disappointed with the quality, there is no taste. I am quite disappointed for my guests; this is the first year that your truffles are without smell or flavor. I prefer to point this out to you because if the quality is the same, I will not order again.
