Please add, in the booking steps, an option to select the store where the order can be picked up. Initially, my order was associated with the Arcs 1800 store and, without closing the browser and starting over completely, I was unable to change it to Arcs 1950. Furthermore, it is not clearly indicated for which store the order was placed. This can lead to unpleasant surprises.

Gave me the wrong product although I paid extra for it. (Skiboots). Told me they don't have the Boots they Sell on the Website and only have this Type of Shoe for purchase

I was perfectly received by Léa who provided me with the desired material even though my reservation was not the right one. On her advice, I called customer service and there again I was very well received, they took perfect care of my case and everything was sorted out at the agreed price with the associated promotions without needing to fight. I highly recommend, a small detail we were outside the school holiday period.
