collected the skis as ordered - no issues at all. I had to change a set part way through the week. All done in a couple of minutes , no questions asked. All the staff were very helpful and polite - will use again. My wife benefited from the extra 10% off your clothing & was delighted with her purchase.

Mixed experience. The skis were of good quality, but the advice on the shoes was very insufficient. I had to change them after a day due to large blisters, and I was given a similar pair without any questions or attempts to understand the problem. I was in pain again very quickly. It's unfortunate, as poor equipment can really ruin a ski trip. Given the price, the service is not up to par.
