The online ordering experience on the website was excellent and intuitive, and the in-store service, provided by an incredibly warm and helpful salesperson, greatly simplified the ski rental for the whole family. The skis and boots were of excellent quality and in perfect condition. I will gladly use their services again.

Two pairs of shoes rented online in the expert category and therefore the price that goes with it. In the store, I was told that there are no categories for shoes. Yet I paid more and received nothing in return. No proposal or refund. I often came to pick up my reservations at this store, but that will no longer be the case. If there is an error on the website at the beginning of the season, why not, but not in April.

Regarding the shoes, there is no strictly equivalent range to the Comfort, Precision, or Prestige categories as is the case for skis. The difference mainly lies in the model, support, and feel, which can make the distinction less obvious.
Our priority remains to best meet our customers' expectations. In your case, and depending on our stock, we offered you two pairs of new shoes from this season: a Nordica HF and an Atomic Hawx, known for their comfort and performance.
We remain available in-store to adjust the equipment if necessary to ensure you have the best possible experience.

Equipment was very old. Had to change one set of skis. Another set had issues with bindings. Boots also very old and uncomfortable - had to spend some time sorting out boots that fitted. We collected on Sunday morning and so perhaps they had run out of decent kit. When we returned we saw that they had given newer kit to other people. Staff were helpful

Very helpful shop. Happy to exchange boots and skis that weren’t right for us and even when some of our ski were taken by a mistake on the mountain they sorted it out. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We didn’t receive a pleasant experience while picking up our ski hire equipment. Impatient and rude staff. They were dismissive of us when we told them the boots didn’t fit. Condition of equipment was poor.
