On www.precisionsky.it it was advertised free shipping, but I was actually charged over 10 for shipping, even though I chose the item and completed the purchase always on the Italian site. You are not fair to the customer! I was satisfied with the product received.
I was supposed to receive it on Friday and it arrived on Tuesday and other than that it was fine but I didn't know why I paid express shipping.
Wrong item description, therefore wrong order No German address - unfortunately I do not understand French
Delivery price too high for such a small parcel, and what's more, the "free delivery" at the store's drive is not a delivery and there's nothing on offer.
I had to travel to another town to pick up my parcel, even though I had requested delivery to a relay station near my home.

I have no complaints about the product, which is in order. On the other hand, I paid almost 6 euros for express delivery (max 72h), and I didn't receive my article until more than a week after it had been dispatched. I contacted precisionski to explain my dissatisfaction and never got a reply. Admittedly, the parcel was delayed due to bad weather, but a reply from them would not have been out of place.
Good site navigation and customer service
The site is well designed, but the order form does not include the model year of the ski, which can lead to a mistake in the mileage. This is what happened to me, I wanted the 2021 version of the ski and I got the 2020 version. Immediately after payment I had a doubt, I immediately chatted with the sales department but it was impossible to go back on the order, the skis were shipped under the pretext that the discount was important, too bad. I wasn't attentive enough, I made a mistake, and I wasn't given a second chance after only a few minutes.... .a sale is a sale...
Explicit site but you do not take into account the customer's request you are there to sell !!!!

I ordered a jacket at an exorbitant price which arrived with a few defects plus the delivery was a mess from start to finish.
Fast delivery good product however it had leaked reception and soaked the box .
Too bad I didn't receive a message that my package had arrived. Otherwise perfect delivery.
I followed the size guide but it's way too big I think there's an inconsistency.

Impossibility to order on the site with a delivery address different from the billing address (gift). The possibility is theoretically offered, but the site refuses to take the information into account.

I give it 3 stars because one of the 2 skis came with 2 marks (scratched) otherwise all correct.

I received the right model but not the right size. The mistake is human. I'm waiting for my refund.
The delivery man took the liberty of giving our parcel to a neighbor without asking us. We had to investigate to find out where it was and we didn't want a neighbor to receive our parcel. This practice needs to be improved, otherwise we won't be using this site again.

You work with DPD, and they charged me CHF 65.00 for Swiss VAT, so you can imagine that the total cost of the ski suit I bought on your site was expensive. As a result, I won't be buying anything from you again.

I had made a mistake on my email address so no follow up, customer service solved my problem but the way they spoke to me was really not cordial at all. I was really answered as if I were a moron ... a bit disappointed.
Very satisfied with the experience, except that the product was too small. It said it would fit an 11-12 year old boy, but the size was too small (140-146 cm as indicated on the label) for my son (151 cm).
